Front desk staff is horrible! Called to schedule an appointment and was put on wait and then interacted with an ill-mannered secretary. To make matters worse, I was cut off while speaking and hung up on. Most definitely will never be attending or contacting this office in the future!

Worst customer service, Just try calling to make an appointment, If you get a live person in under a hour consider yourself lucky and you should immediately go out and buy a lottery ticket........ The pro is that the doctor's there are amazing!

Dr. Kraushaar was kind enough to squeeze my 4 year old in last minute. He was so patient with her and took the time to explain everything to us. A perfect example of what compassion in medicine looks like.

I have been a patient for years now the practice has become a mess there have been times we're I call to make an appointment and 3 hours on the phone no one came to the phone. I've called other Northeast Orthopedic's office to try and make an appointment and have been told they are not affiliated with the airmont office . the stony point office is closed (which I went to) now I have to drive out of my way to airmont on top of that you can't get anyone on the phone. I use the patient portal and now I'm told you can't use that you have to use mymontifiore when I received no notifications or emails to set this up. I really like my physician but I can't do this much longer. last visit my appointment was delayed because the office staff was having computer issues but the patients waiting the doctors waiting to see patients and patients driving to the office just to schedule an appointmen. this is not professional not organized it is a mess

I would recommend not calling for anything, everytime I call to ask for results or make an appointment I've waited at least 10 minutes.

. I had an appointment for my back, and I wanted to update my review. OK, now last week the visit wasn't scheduled on the day that I went to see them. Yes, it upset me, as I take taxi's as I don't drive. So, I came in the next week, and they were perfect. The receptionist was extremely nice. I got to see my Dr. Her name is Dr. Loung. She is awesome, nicer than nice, and a wonderful Dr. I was so pleased, that I couldn't wait to get home to change my review. Last week, was a scheduling mistake. So, this week as I went, the visit could not be any better. Very happy I came back. They were terrific.

My doctor was very good and helpful, however the office follow through and availability was terrible! I tried for almost 2 weeks to get through and talk to someone. I left message repeatedly and got no response. I was left on hold for 25 minutes with no answer. I don’t think any office should operate this poorly!!!!

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK! They ALL have attitudes.. They are rude, brush you aside and they NEVER answer the phone. Tried NUMEROUS times over several days. They finally picked up. I was also a new patient. I ended up saying something to her about her attitude and to tone it down after she called me "hunny" The wait was ridiculous! Saw the Dr for like 5 mins. Then rushed me out. Asked if I needed an appointment. I said no. Nor coming back here again! Waste of time!

Dr Kraushauer has performed several surgeries on me over the years and I found him very professional, kind and available when needed.

Dr. Luong is a true professional and very knowledgable. I am very happy that I went to see her and she definitely helps me with my back pain which I have been having for a while. She is an excellent Physiatrist.
