Too busy to provide adequate care. Couldnt get a 2 week followup appointment, was pushed back to 3 weeks. Called to reschedule due to a conflict and it took nearly a week for a call back from the office. Probably for the best, since he had complications during my procedure that would best be reviewed by another doctor

Dr. Jones, prior to receiving your personal letter threatening me with legal action, I had already taken my review down- your manager was so kind and so I figured let bygones be bygones. I didn’t care for this to turn into more. A couple of things; 1. Do you access Pt files to send personal letters to everyone that leaves a negative review? Because my review wasn’t the ONLY negative review regarding you not wanting to prescribe antibiotics. 2. I’m not an animal, so the “study” of abuse of antibiotics is irrelevant. 3. Did you ask me any questions regarding prior antibiotic use, for you to conclude that I was abusing antibiotics? No. You didn’t. 4. Your manager had already apologized for your personal letter and stated that urgent care had nothing to do with it, and that you shouldn’t have don’t that. Facts: I needed antibiotics and I got them. I never claimed to be a “doctor”. I never said you were rude or nasty. Simply that in all your kindness you refused to prescribe antibiotics. I had also mention that the staff was kind, so thank you for the reminder. 5. Kindly refrain from ever accessing my files to send any personal letters to my home. It would be greatly appreciated. You could have gone about this differently.

Excel is the best urgent care I’ve visited yet. The ability to schedule a return appointment and not have to wait in the office for two or more others like other urgent care offices was very convenient and then when it was time for our appointment we were called in precisely on our appointed time. The staff were very professional and courteous. This will be the only urgent care I use going forward. Thank you Excel staff!!!

Two years ago this facility was fantastic, especially if you made an appointment. The wait time was well managed. Unfortunately my last experience on Dec 11th was intolerable. I arrived just before my appt. time and was told the wait would be 20 minutes. After 30 minutes, I was told there were still 3 people ahead of me. Then, having invested this much time already, after 2-1/2 hours, I was seen and had to wait another 30 minutes in the exam room for the doctor. If I was told from the start that I had to wait more than an hour in the first place, I would have gone somewhere else for a Covid test.
