Bernard Laitman Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr Laitman takes exceptional care of my brother who has Down's Syndrome. His staff, especially Patsy, has made recent challenges more bearable.

Dr. Bernard Laitman is as bad as it gets when it comes to being totally uncaring and unconcerned about patients--particularly the elderly, who need their doctors to be attentive the most. After my mom suffered a terrible fall a few weeks ago, shattering her femur and hip, and necessitating 10 days in ICU and massive leg reconstruction surgery, she couldn't get any help from Laitman, despite being a 12-plus year patient! Laitman lacks privileges in the hospitals within his own county, and refused my mother's basic requests for assistance--such as ordering therapy for my mother, and requesting that she be admitted to the nearby rehab hospital with the best services. In fact, he never wanted to check up on my mother despite my sister and I leaving messages begging him to do so. After making one token phone call to the hospital when my mother began to hallucinate from excessive painkiller, his nasty office manager Patsy informed our family not to call the office again until my mother could come in as a patient---despite the fact that my mom was laid up in recovery and unable to walk for months! Laitman simply has no regard for patients as human beings, leaving those who require hospitalization to literally rot---and be treated as if they had no doctor at all. For your own health and well-being, and that of a beloved parent or grandparent, stay far away from this doctor!!

Dr. Laitman and his team were our saviors during my wife's fight with terminal illness. During some of the most difficult times Dr. Laitman and his team (specifically Patsy) made sure we received the attention needed and provide the right guidance. They always go above and beyond, for that we are so thankful to have had such a great medical team.

Dr. Laitman is a truly remarkable doctor. He is a great diagnostician, easy to talk to, listens carefully and takes as much time as needed to address all of my concerns. I have been his patient for many years and, on more than one occasion, he has caught things that other doctors have missed. I trust him completely and his staff is as friendly and professional as can be.

Dr. Laitman is a very caring physician. He takes the time to listen to my concerns, is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything making sure that I understand completely. His staff is welcoming and always pleasant. I have complete faith in him and would recommend him very highly. I worked in the medical profession for 25 years and in that time there was only 1 Doctor who I thought was the best. Professionally and personally I was never able to find another who measured up to him, until now, Dr. Laitman does.

He is the most compassionate., warm, extremely gifted in Diagnostic work. a Extremely professional and always ready to listen. His staff has all the qualities you could wish for. Their office Mgr" Patsy is extremely efficient in running the office. She does this with ease and a smile.All staff members caring and warm and work exceedingly well together giving the office a very relaxed atmosphere. This doesn't happen by chance. only with Dr. Laitman and Patsy working together had this result

They are very accommodating and through! Best place I've been to since I moved. I have lived in four states the past few years and I'm very impressed! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Not one bad thing to say at all! :)
