Dr. Olstein was very sympathetic to my condition and open in discussing next steps. He explained everything succinctly and made sure I had a clear picture of what was going on and what the next steps were. The staff and nurses were friendly and patient. I didn't wait long and was out relatively quickly. It was a stress- free visit.
