I’m a big fan of Dr Friedman as he’s a first class dermatologist. I was referred to him a couple of years ago by a colleague. And have never regretted making the switch. His surgery is always really busy but runs like clockwork. Always make an appointment here as he doesn’t facilitate walk-ins. Update 09/23/22 Leaving a message on Monday morning requesting a call to set up an appointment….I never got a call back. This morning I called again and was greeted in a rather dismissive manner by a receptionist who sounded like she really couldn’t care less. No apologies….she went on to state that she could set up an appointment in November. I asked if there was anything sooner…..she told me I would have to take that appointment and see if they had a cancellation. Dr Friedman is wonderful…..but I expect people in reception to treat me like they are somewhat interested in me as a patient….and at the very least return my call. Dr Freidman is a caring dr!!! He listens to your concerns & does a great job!!! Staff is very nice also!!

I had Heard Some Amazing Things About Dr. Peter Friedman So I knew He was going to be Great but I was very Apprehensive about my Diagnosis. The Staff was Kind, Compassionate and Caring which is what I expected not only were My Fears treated with Compassion and Patience by His Wonderful Staff but when He Entered the Room He was Calm and Very Reassuring he looked at my two Problem areas and told me they were Both Benign conditions and let me decide whether to remove them or not. He looked at my entire body as I have moles all over my back and in the area of my Stomach as well. I decided not to remove them and was told to come back in a year or in 6 months if anything had changed. It was by far the Best Visit I had had in My entire career in the Medical Field I would recommend him to anyone and even if they have to travel from New York City or anywhere Dr. Friedman is Worth Traveling to him. I will let all my Friends On Facebook Know what an Amazing, Kind and Compassionate Man He Is and Recommend anyone who lives near him or in NYC. He and His Staff Truly Made My Day! We haven't met in our life an obnoxious staff as Dr. Friedman's. (Employees' behavior and attitude more often than not are a reflection of their boss's). Humans don't get more disgusting than them. Uncaring, unhelpful nasty...... . They are impossible to reach even while the office is open. Our son was there without a cell phone. They would not allow him to use their phone. The excuse was that due to Covid....(This is happening in March of 2022. )He had to ask another patient for a phone in order to call a taxi to get home. I have been going to Dr. Friedman for over 10 years now. I currently live in SC but still drive 12 hours to see him. The staff and nurses are great. They are always willing to change your appointment times if necessary. Dr. Friedman has helped me out tremendously over the last decade and more. Do not go anywhere else.
