Ordered appropriate tests in order to make a correct diagnosis and prescribed medication based on the evidence found. Love Dr. Kotlyar, best doctor I’ve ever had in my life .... A competent doctor that can be trusted to give educated advise/solutions for health problems. She also knows how to run a business. She has a dedicated team. Everyone is happy, caring, helpful, competent and efficient.

Dr. Kotlyar is caring, friendly and very knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen to her patients which is such a great change comparing to what I've experienced in the past with other physicians. She spends time explaining what's going on and what's wrong and what to do. I've never had annual exams this thorough before. Her whole team is friendly, hard working and very caring as well. I feel like I'm in good hands.

Tried to go back for a retest and they said no longer doing walkins only existing customers, wow, what changed so quickly?

Initially, my daughter had an issue with a Covid test and insurance. This facility went out of their way to accommodate my daughter. We are very thankful because there is a long wait for testing at most facilities.

Worst doctor.

Yesterday I was symptomatic and needed to get tested. All over Rockland County no appointments. The state opened Patriot Hills and I heard it was a horror show, people waiting 3.5 hours on line. I took a chance and called Rockland N.Y. Medical Services, P.C. and they gave me an appointment and accepted my insurance. Their reception folks were kind, empathetic and efficient. I had zero wait time. The technician was terrific. I tested positive and they then did the PCR test. Thank you Yanina for making the testing process less painful.

Despite long wait times in the waiting rooms sometimes, I really like Dr Kotlyar. She is VERY thorough with a variety of tests and was also helpful to me when I was struggling with Lyme. The things offered at this office is almost like a one-stop-shop at times with all the kinds of tests they give/offer. Don't be surprised if you spend almost 2hrs at your appointment with the different testing/waiting room time. But know that your overall health will be checked from head to toe. She has also been very open minded and understanding of some of the natural/homeopathic treatments I'm on. I appreciate that since many previous doctors I've seen either turn up their noses at it or push for strictly pharmaceuticals. I've had some serious chronic illness issues over the years and Dr Kotlyar and her staff have been a big part of my healing progress.

Do not recommend this office in the slightest. This Doctor is not personable whatsoever and the staff here talk to patients and their guests like if they are out on the street ready to throw up their fists. We are established patients here and were once told "I will not waste a PCR covid test on you because you had no appointment just giving you a rapid test" once again we are established patients here and this is not a policy they go by. The test was needed for another upcoming appointment and we had to go elsewhere for a pcr which makes no sense.Her nurses are as ghetto as there is. Not sure how they got a jobs as nurses but steer clear cause they are as bad as they come.!!
