PART 1 OF REVIEW! Dr. Gindea has been my PCP for more years then I can remember & was my fathers dr. for over 20 years. I JUST made my Mom change to him as her PCP. My husband has been seeing him as his PCP! THIS IS HOW MUCH I TRUSTED THIS MAN! I have ALOT of trust issues with Dr.'s. NONE of them care. Dr. Gindea ALWAYS LISTENED, ALWAYS CARED! He emailed me this morning 9/12/19 to say he wants me to see a Neuro. I CAN BARELY WALK. My issues have been getting increasingly worse, very fast. But I knew I had Dr. Gindea! I called the office this morning 9/12/19 to get a referral sent. I also needed a 2nd ref. to a Pain Mgmt. as per Dr. Gindea. I called them for that as well. This afternoon I get a VM from a woman named Puja telling me I NO LONGER HAVE A PCP! That the office is NO LONGER SEEING PATIENTS as primaries! I called her back for an explanation! She said Dr. Gindea has NO CLUE what goes on as far as billing, and doesnt know he cannot see me anymore!!

I also HAD an appt for ME & MY MOTHER with Dr. Gindea in October and now what! Noone has even called my Mom to tell her that she chose a Dr. that she already no longer has! To say my anxiety level is thru the roof right now is an understatement! I literally cried. How can they do this to patients!!!

Again, Dr. Gindea is EXCELLENT! The problem is the staff. I have the FMH App. I am having a problem with it & I have tried speaking with FMH techs but they said, & I quote "However, the arrangement we have with your medical org. is that they prefer to mediate all patient support inquiries themselves." I have been calling his office for DAYS and keep getting the run around. I asked the office for my RX refill 2 days ago, & still nothing! The problem is a lack of care by SOME of their staff.

Dr. Gindea is a compassionate, and knowledgeable doctor who is interested in his patients. He takes time to evaluate and listen to his patient's concerns. I would rate him as an excellent practitioner.
