Listens closely and knows her stuff. Very patient and knowledgeable. Friendly, great bedside manners. I use the website for questions and she always responds quickly. Follows up in a timely fashion. I am very happy to have her as my PCP.

So after 15 years of being a Prohealth patient I AM DONE. Primary care needs to change their name to I DON'T CARE. Try calling for an appointment, on hold forever. Great call back system, "leave your number and we will call you back ASAP". I called 4X w/o a call back. MY primary Ananda refused to refill some RX w/o seeing me for a few months. She is 100% correct. The only problem is she is not available for 2 plus months! So I left he a message that I can't get an appointment can she step in and advise as to what I should do. OF course, no call back except to my pharmacy who received another call that I need to make an appointment before the will refill my RX's.I called again and was advised that my Dr. is not available.SOLUTION is to get rid of every prohealth Dr. I see and switch to a new group.So after 15 years of being a Prohealth patient I AM DONE. was a patient since she joined the practice. I left because she and the office became impossible to reach / schedule. Prohealth has fallen to pieces. The staff has been leaving faster than the spread of Covid. Last week called 4X and never got a call back. The last straw was calling and on hold for 20 minutes before someone picked up. I wanted to leave an urgent message and was advised that the Doctor is not in!

I have been a patient of Dr Ananda for several years. She has always treated me with understanding, kindness and patience. I trust her. I know that she has my best interest at heart. She has held my hand through some tough times and that's exactly what you hope for in a doctor.

I swear this is the worst doctor I ever dealt with, every issue you have she refers you to other doctor, always want you to go in to see her for nothing really and with a huge bill after, She never really explains your lab work and such. Simple urinary track issues she would not recommend something over the phone but ask you to come in. She is all about billing your insurance. Not a type of doctor who actually value or care about her patients, she can’t even get to speak to her or a nurse while I was peeing blood. Dr Ananda is very knowledgeable and caring physician. Spends time explaining everything and next steps. I have been going to Dr. Ananda for over 15 years. I have recommended this Doctor to many others. They are very happy with her and they speaks very highly of her. Including all my family members are doctor Ananda’s patients. I still remember when I was hospitalized at Northshore in 2004 she treated me very well . Because of her I got well faster..She visited me every single day. Her passion and caring manner is exceptional. She calls back as soon as she receives the test results even after hours. Joanne and Betty her administrative assistants are very kind and speaks very professionally to patients. They always pass the messages to the doctor..You wouldn’t have to wait No more than 10 minutes to be called in to see the doctor. I love this doctor and highly recommends her to others.

Never seen a doctor so rude and mean. Going to her is like going to Hitler for your treatments. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

My mother recently had a cough with nasal congestion and since the recent outbreak of coronavirus we notified the doctor who was not in the office at the time.Doctor did NOT choose to prescribe medications, just gave us number for a drive thru COVID 19 testing. Throughout the days that we were going through our health scare we made several attempts to contact her but she was unavailable and her staff said to contact her on Monday.The next Monday fortunately my mother's condition improved on its own NO THANKS TO DR. ANANDA.However we did request a work note for my mom's employers since she needed to return to work.Doctor straight out refused to write a note, stated she gave us information for an urgent care center (which she clearly DID NOT).This was the last straw to break the camel's back because we've had many other instances in the past where she was unprofessional and rude.I've seen her scream at my mom and me for questioning her behavior before. We are changing PCPs immediately.

Very rude with no people skills.
