I feel well cared for when I go to Dr Walia’s office. I feel respected & that my needs matter. Dr Walia & NP Joanne are very thorough, professional & compassionate. The office staff are great Ambassadors, they can make or break a practice. I give them A+!. I would recommend Dr Walia to anyone who needs a great Cardiologist. Thank you.

It has been 5 years since I have been a patient of this practice. With time it has only gotten better. Even though they have gotten busier the attention to detail and thoroughness has not changed one bit. When I speak to the Dr I still feel like I am her most important patient and she still takes the time to explain everything and make sure I understand. I am never rushed. Routine necessary tests are done and the reasoning for each is explained. This is and will remain my favorite doctors office amid the myriad of doctors I visit. Keep up the good work !In 2017, Referred by PCP who spoke highly of her. Within one week all my testing including a stress test was done in the office. The machine is newer technology as I only had to sit in a chair like contraption (unlike in the past where I was subjected to a claustrophobic chamber). Immediately after my stress test she looked at the results and advised admission to the hospital. This was quite alarming and even though I was reluctant, I agreed. I had an angiogram scheduled the very next morning which showed multiple blockages. I required a bypass surgery which was done 2 days later. I came out a brand-new man a week later.I could not be more thankful for saving my life.

Seems like they have too many patients and they dont care anymore about the real needs of every patient. There is no communication, they don't care about your time or care to explain. My last visit with Dr. Was amazing and she explained every step of all the tests and procedures. So she told me we will book another meeting to do test to confirm if my condition is stable or not. But this time even after waiting for hour and half.. there is no sign of the test and while talking with NP she was like oh that's not what this is for.. like there is this gap of communication.. and she went out to ask doctor and she came back.. oh yeah we can do it but will take another 20 min and then we will have another follow up.. hour and half into appointment I have to ask for why there is no test which Dr. Told me will be happening in our next follow up.. if it's an insurance problem confirm and communicate.. don't say something and do something else.. very disappointed this time.. such a waste of time..

Given the rating for Dr Walia, her staff is very unprofessional and dis-organized. Being in a health professional's in a cardiovascular field they do not even have the courtesy to keep patients informed about their lab results or appointments. I waited for a televisit follow up from an NP more than 1hr just to know about my lab's. Extremely disappointed.

They tell you Dr, is gonna call but they never do

Everyone was very nice from the office staff to the technicians and of course the doctor. The doctor was very calm and friendly. She really cares about her patients. It was my first time seeing her and I’m happy to have found a good cardiologist. The parking lot could get filled so I would get there early to find parking.

Dr. Walia and Joanne and their whole team are exceptionally caring, kind, and attentive. They ease your nerves and give clear information and explanations. They do not rush you out and listen to your concerns.
