Dr. Ackert is one of the kindest, most caring doctors I've ever had! Aside from making me feel very comfortable, he was extremely accommodating and competent-- he squeezed me in and performed a last-minute endoscopy on me that same day. Very grateful and would highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr Ackert for 12 yrs and I have always felt comfortable welcomed and well taken cared of. Sadly I’ve been having negative experiences when it comes to the staff surrounding Dr Ackert. Making appts has become impossible you can never get through to anyone when you try to call. Staff is not professional when one tries to voice concerns, I understand it can get busy but professionalism goes a long way. Stay great Dr Ackert. Consider retraining staff on customer service.

Dr Ackert is the same as he was years ago and both my husband and I have gone to him for 15+ years... extremely patient and through, and caring. We travel from VA to see him whenever we need to see him. It's hard to find a great Dr but he is it!! Thank you Dr. ACKERT .

Dr Ackert is the best. I have been with him for many years, moved to Florida for two years rushing to come back to him. I trust him with my life, there is no other doctor I would say that about. He spotted my pnemonia in 1 second, he has so.much knowledge and shares it with his staff and patients. I hope he never retirers....for the sake of all.his patients
