This is a privately owned practice and it shows. Everyone there is always so helpful unlike some practices which are owned by a hospital. No matter when you call, day or night, someone from the practice will get back to you in a timely fashion. Dr. Cohen is the BEST. He is an excellent listener. I tend to be somewhat verbose and he always lets me tell him everything that is on my mind.

Good doctor ,nice people , but don’t get ill or need assistance on a friday afternoon

My parents started going here years ago and loved both Dr. Ackert and Dr. Cohen. I was so impressed with the care my parents received and continue to receive that my husband and I switched also. We have been going there a few years now and they are all so caring and thorough and it is nice that they actually have the lab right across the hall too. We could not be happier and highly recommend them, not only the Doctorss, The PAs, the nursing staff, the secretaries as they have all been wonderful to my family!

Nancy in the billing department is hands down the rudest, nastiest human being. They should be ashamed that they employ someone like that. Patients do not deserve to be treated in such a matter when they come to the doctor, it really isn’t right. Shame on them! I would never recommend going there for care. If you come across her, beware.

I spoke someone in this office named Nancy regarding billing and had an absolutely horrible experience. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Even though she was asking for my help she was yelling at me. I honestly have never come across someone in a profession setting that acted so rude, childish and disrespectful. Since this office allows its employees to behave in this manner I will never go there nor recommend anyone. By far the worst customer service I have ever had. It is absolutely atrocious that a doctors office would employ someone with such bad behavior.

He refills Clozapine over the phone to elderly patients. He is a deplorable pill mill.

Henry E Gomez was just reported to OPMC (New York State) for abusively and recklessly renewing controlled substances without seeing the patient. In this case, it is my relative, who is being treated for addiction. I hope NYS takes away his medical licence. He is a ''pill mill."

Dr. Gomez is an amazing provider who goes up and beyond to help those who seek his care. The office is a bit of a mad house and the wait is usually long, but worth it.
