Very professional, while the office was very busy the wait was not that long. Very satisfied with the experience. Would recommend.

They have a 15 min late policy meanwhile it's never said when you schedule the appointment. The office was empty and they wanted to move my appointment 2 hours later. What a joke to have me seating in an empty office for 2 hours!

Terrible experience here. Wait time is too long ( more than 2 hours). Xray tech is so rude. The technician needs to be trained on how to talk to patients. I don't even want to give one star.

I came here for a follow-up with my husband three weeks ago, and the orthopedic Dr. Sara needs to work on her bedside manners when her patients come with guests. Not a good look

This post is regarding Northwell Health Urogynecology office in Bayshore NY. My wife had appointment with Jennifer Fariello NP back in June (she waited two months for this appointment), the office cancelled her appointment. The appointment was rescheduled for today. My wife received a voicemail yesterday saying they were cancelling her appointment for today and nothing is available until November. My insurance no longer covers my wife’s medication without prior authorization. She called Jenn Fariellos office back in the beginning of May to request they apply for prior authorization. The insurance company never received a request. My wife called this morning and a young lady with a Spanish accent (didn’t give her name when asked for it, she just kept rambling) answered the phone. She was nasty and basically hung up on my wife when my wife asked to speak to an office manager. This is very poor patient care on the part of the office staff. Jenn Farrielo is a great clinician and my wife loves her. But my wife is thinking of finding another health care professional to treat her. Very poor patient relationships.

I don't recommend this place.

Las del front desk son muy racistas y rude . No son amable y no son profesionales. Son muy groseras como que si no les gustara trabajar a costumer service 😒 yo tube 1 argument con las del Frontdesk por como tratan alas personas y desde entonces cada vez que yo presento a una cita ellas me hacen esperar de 1 a 2 horas . Yo hablo con la supervisora y me dijo que hablaria con ellas y por lo visto nunca lo hizo porqué siguen siendo las mismas personas improfecionales y rudas con los pacientes.

I absolutely do not recommend Northwell Health.. they called me several times for an appointment, I told the lady I didn't get the approval from my job she asked is it workers comp I said yes she stated call back once you get the authorization.. I finally get my authorization, I called and made the appointment ok done... two days later right before my appointment they called me to cancel saying oh we don't take workers comp I said but you called me and we spoke about my workers comp approval and you told me to call once I get authorization..the lady now says we don't take workers comp... so I'm like all of a sudden after you reach out to me and I give u my authorization number and u scheduled me now you decide you dont take workers comp🤔.. I don't believe her there is no way a major corporation all of a sudden just dont take workers comp especially since they reached out to me specifically and ask me for my authorization number .. ...this seems very arbitrary. now it makes me wonder what is the true reason...

I am at Northwell Health Labs in Great Neck. I had an emergency; tried to reschedule; their number is disconnected. Tried the original 833 number; the auto message says to call the lab directly, and then hung up. Was dropped off at the appointment with no ride home. Front desk persons have crappy attitude. If I was every ask to schedule here again, I’ll decline and schedule somewhere else.
