Dr. Fillos cares and he shows it, he will be there if you need him. I moved out of NYC and was stuck for a bit but Dr. Fillos saved the day and my life. He did blood work in the city I moved to via the net, made medication adjustments and I never was in a panic because my condition is life threatening. A lot of people are complaining doctors are in it for the money. Dr. Fillos epitomizes a good old fashioned attitude, "above all, cause no harm" which is part of the Hippocratic Oath. This doctor...he brought about calm, peace and healing by shadowing my wellness from afar making use of technology. Patients looking for hematology care, this is the physician for you; look no further. God bless you, Dr. Fillos.

Never able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Fillos. Primary physician actually referred to see this doctor, however the staff was not accommodating. Initially, the receptionist wouldn't schedule until 24hours after taking down all my information. I asked for the office manager, and she seemed to take action. She phoned once & returned the call the next morning, left a message. Never heard back from her!!!! Called again, spoke to someone.. Still no appointment.

I was referred to Dr Fillos by my primary doctor after receiving a scary cancer diagnosis. Dr Fillos quickly eased most of my concerns by answering my endless questions with patience. I began chemo treatments at his facility and continued to be followed by Dr Fillos who has proven to be a caring, kind and knowledgeable oncologist, who is also familiar with up to date information concerning my disease. Although I would never wish cancer on anyone-I would not hesistate to refer my closest friend or family member to this fine doctor.
