The best there is Great staff, cool Dr.B speaks easily and clear with regards to diagnosis. Great sence of humor too !

Wait times are insane. Last two appointments, I waited an hour each time. Then more waiting once called in.Doctor is very helpful, but the wait time is not worth it at all. I’d be willing to change the review if this is ever resolved.

Doctor Baktidy was the only doctor to see that he needed to have fluid tapped from his heart, after 1 month and multiple emergency room visits, Dr Baktidy might have saved my husband by looking at a CT scan that other doctors had seen,after going to Northwell Syosset and them sending him home after 6 hours with 2 days pain medicine. We are lucky to have such a caring doctor

I have been a patient of this practice since 2013. I have been seen regularly throughout the years. As of my last appointment on 9/23/2021, I have decided to sever my ties with Dr. Baktidy for the following reason. I had two appointments with Dr. Baktidy plus on appointment for a breathing test in his office over a rececent 2 week period. After being seen in that office 3 times within the prior 2 weeks, I asked for a Flu vaccination while I was there. After waiting to be seen by Dr. Baktidy for over 1 hour, he had the inconsideration to tell me "Not today, I am too busy". I will never go back to that office. I went to Target and within 2 minutes was given the Flu vaccine. Such a lack of respect and consideration for a long time patient is inexcusable. I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. One star is an undeserved gift.

Wait times are horrendous. For each of my visits I waited over an hour to get in, then even longer once in a room. Totally unacceptable.

Awesome and thorough

Absolutely horrible. I don't know if the receptionist is living in a parallel universe where COVID doesn't exist, since that is the only explanation that would justify why she does not feel the need to wear a mask. At a pulminologist's office. Think about that for a second. Where the most COVID at-risk patients probably come and go all day, no mask on the receptionist.Next up is after waiting in an EMPTY waiting room for 40 minutes, just waiting, while the other receptionist proceeds to continuously insult my insurance for having such a high copay (she literally could not shut up about it - so sorry my insurance isnt good enough for your standards lady), they then feel like it's a good idea to tell me that the dr is going to be at least another half hour longer.Stay away. Who knows, maybe the doctor is great, I'll never know. I took off of work for this and now it was for nothing. But this is no way to treat your patients. Incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional.Absolutely horrible. Very caring and follows through

Waited there for 1.5 hours never saw the doctor, onlyPerson nice there was the nurse who felt bad. Office never called back to help me with another appointment.
