After calling the office to let them know I’d be exactly 10 minutes late, but had registered and paid the copay online, they confirmed I would be seen. When I arrived at exactly the time I indicated, the doctor cancelled the appointment. The receptionist said their policy is to see people who arrive within 15 minutes but that the doctor will override that at any time (so it is not actually a policy). Unfortunately they did not tell me that when I called ahead of time. It was so disappointing.

I cannot express the amount of trust I have in Dr. Lucchesi as a doctor and compassionate, caring human being! I have always left her office feeling empowered in some way. Since becoming her patient, my husband and son have joined the fan club. Now,on the medical side, Dr. Lucchesi was able to get my diagnosis of a very specific type of M.S. when my previous attempts with others had failed. She’s the BEST!

Love Dr. Lucchesi! She always takes the time to see how I am doing, asks me questions about my overall health and never makes me feel rushed. Her staff is very professional and thorough.
