Stephen Trauzzi's Online Review Report Card

We were blessed to come in contact with Dr. Traduzzi after being admitted from the emergency room. My husband was in extreme pain with no relief until Dr. Traduzzi came into the room and started to do a procedure called irrigation, I guess that is what it is called. He was ver concerned and caring. He and the nurse Tashika were angles. He repeatedly kept coming to the room to check on him and checking his vitals and stabilizing him. We didn’t know him and I was shocked that a doctor could be so compassionate. My husband was under the care of 2 top rated urologists in Manhattan who were ignored the symptoms and did nothing and did not do any follow even though my husband was getting worse. My husband ended up in the ER and had to be admitted. I am thankful to Dr. Traduzzi for his expertise and excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him. I want to add, do not judge a doctor my the staff if you have problems with the staff go directly to the doctor because most of the time they are not aware and trust that the staff is doing their job. I have been a patient of Dr Trauzzi for about 15 years. Never once have I been disappointed by him or his staff. Dr Trauzzi is both professional, kind most intelligent and treats his patients like they are his family. He diagnosed my husband and was considerate enough to call with the test results as soon as he received them. He has unlimited patience and never makes you feel he’s in a rush when taking care of you.

Totally unprofessional office. I was referred to call Dr. Trauzzi by my physician. I made an appointment on 3/1/2021 complaining that I was in extreme discomfort. 3/12 was the earliest available, I was not pleased, but figured I would have to wait. At that time I gave all my personal information including my insurance information. I received numerous text messages on 3/9 asking for my confirmation, None of them worked. I received a phone call on 3/10 to confirm my appointment. Today after 10 days of extreme discomfort I get a call that Dr. Trauzzi doesn't take my insurance plan! I was told he does take my carrier just not my plan. (means he doesn't make enough of that plan) When I asked why they waited almost 2 weeks to tell me this, I could have sought care elsewhere, I was told "We check insurance the day before the appointment" I asked why would you wait that long, I could have gone else where, I was told "well that's the way we do it here" I then complained that I'm very upset that they have my personal information and we won't be doing business. "Sorry" was the response. UPDATE: Dr. Trauzzi called me and invited me to go forward with the appointment. I was very satisfied with his service.

Highly recommended. DR Trauzzi returns call promptly, he's always concern about his patients.

For me ( Dr. Trauzzi )is the worst. He is not the one you have to TRUST AT ALL , as far as surgery is concerned . Then he will keep telling you stuff to do meanwhile he knows that no problem is going to solve .Any mistake can get done after a very simple procedure. Be strong cause you will have to deal with this issue forever and ever. Honestly I can’t tell any one to go to him. Cause my experience with him was not good at all . Unfortunately the situation is getting bad to worst cause of what he did.Shame!

Wonderful doctor, wonderful staff. Very professional & friendly attention to patients. Quality of care is excellent. I want to recommend Dr. Trauzzi to all, who has urology problems. I want to thank very much Dr. Trauzzi & his staff for providing service excellent.

Dr. Trauzzi is very thorough and will do whatever he can to make sure that the patient is diagnosed with the correct diagnoses and follows through from the beginning to the end of a patient's medical journey.
