He is Great please don't leave yet please

Dr McLaughlin has been my orthopedist for over 20 years. He has a great friendly demeanor, takes his time and speaks to you in layman's terms. He has operated on my shoulder and takes care of my knee; he replaced my father's knee as well. I highly recommend him.

He replaced my right knee and I love it. After just two weeks, I had better mobility than before. Surgery and staff went so smoothly. Recommended two people to him and they were both very happy

Not a good experience at all. After visiting with this cool, aloof, less than pleasant and uncaring individual, I would not trust him with a hang nail.

Dr.McLaughlin, misdiagnosed a young athlete causing them to play hurt and miss major parts of their senior year. Refused to give a MRI when , first introduced with the athletes injury because the “insurance company wouldn’t wanna pay for it”. He doesn’t have the athletes best interest at heart. And the athlete is now dealing with the repercussions of it, in their senior year with a college season in the future.

Beware!!!!! This dr is listed as a participating In Network provider on my insurance. I also called the office and gave all my insurance information before where they confirmed they do in fact accept my insurance plan. So I take my son there for a dislocated knee cap. My son literally had a 5 minute scan with no tests done. They give him basically an over the counter knee brace that would cost $30 in Walmart. It was not fitted to him it was just something they had in back. Fast forward a month they send me a bill for over $3000 and say they do not accept my insurance. It says right on my personal insurance plan that they do accept I even emailed the billing department the proof as it was listed. Plus let's not forget that they also confirmed prior to my visit they accepted it. Well now no one will take my calls, office staff a nightmare. They will not call back or help in any manor. I called my insurance and they said all they need is them to give an authorization and it will be covered but they will not cooperate! I warn anyone thinking of going to Beware! You may think you are going somewhere covered by insurance and a month later you will be dealing with the same nightmare as me! I am reporting them to American Medical Association as well as getting Legal Council.

I sent in my review. I can't get through after 44 min. I want a follow up visit. . I still have pain in my leg.

Dr. McLaughlin and his staff helped me with my injury. Got me in and out of office just fine. Very happy with Dr. patient interaction. Next time I need help, this is the crew I'll be seeing.

I was Petrified to have the surgery and testing for the knee replacement,Dr. McLaughlin was very understanding and told me when I’m ready I can make another appointment I asked The doctor which knee,he goes you pick both are bone on bone Finally as I say I bite the Bullet and had the operation. I put it off for years I talked to the anesthesias for St. Luke’s hospital in Newburgh New York Very understand and did good by me Best thing I could of done had the operation with Dr. McLaughlin New Windsor New York office Now facing the left knee (can’t wait) no more pain in the other leg I healed so fast,after I’ve had the operation in October 2018 and was cleared in December 2018 Dr told I have no restrictions I can even go bowling I can imagine that In December of 2018 I drove to Boston 5 hours away with my big suv I strongly recommend to have the knee replacement if you’re in that much pain that I was in and tried everything before and Suffered for years Barbara Newmark Woodridge New York

Dr McLoughlin is knowledgeable and compassionate. He has been of real help to me on several occasions. I am an octogenarian and have seen him for both knee and foot/ankle issues over the years. And what I really like about him is that he is willing to go with conservative treatments first and does not opt for surgery unless it really seems necessary. (That is important to me because I have inherited a family bleeding disorder so surgery can be a real risk.) I would recommend him to anyone.
