Check in done on line which is more convenient. Receptionist are pleasant. Doctor was efficient and to the point and explained everything. Was in and out fast.

It's been great working with Dr. Gotesmen. His skill and professionalism in helping me to try and resolve my injury are second to none. i recommend him and his entire staff highly.

Dr Purhit is great. However, since they joined Montifore the price has gone thru the roof. As a self pay it cost about $150 in 2017 it is now over $420.

I just called to make an appointment at the New Windsor location and the person who picked up the phone sounded miserable and wasn't friendly. I've never been to this facility or any of their other locations, but if they hire people who lack customer facing skills to book appointments, I wouldn't put my healthcare in their hands. I'm calling a different Medical Group.

The individual who books the appointments is argumentative, with a lack luster personality. But so are the people who transfer. AVOID. I wasted a half hour trying to book, to be told I couldn’t book. The workmen’s compensation board number for your case, doesn’t help either. They have to call and verify. Even though Comp sent me here.

Showed up and while waiting we listen to her bitch and moan why they had her working in New Windsor and not Pomona Ny where she I guess lives. Dr Gotesman was ok. Sent me for Xray and told me he would call with results. It didn't happen. He also was going to have the girls call in a prescription. That never happened. Doctor G said he may have to do surgery. That will not ever happen. I don't have a comfort level with this place and will look for a different doctor. You are only as good as your people, and they are poor.
