Went here for a cough/post nasal drip type condition instead received a $700+ nasal endoscopy (less than 5minutes) "it's probably just a virus you had" for a diagnosis. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. Very poor service had to go to yet another doctor to get answers.

Favorite choice for local ENT, I live in Poughkeepsie, but traveled to New Windsor to see this Doctor. He is really fantastic. His bedside manner is very good, and he explains what he is doing. The medical assistant is very kind and knowledgeable. The office is extremely clean and they are doing a fantastic job maintaining COVID 19 safe protocol. I was late for my appointment and the doctor still saw me, and took time with me. He is very thorough. I definitely recommend this office. The New Windsor office.

He shrugged, brushed me off, and his answer to just about every question was, "I don't know." He stated that he could order some tests if that made me feel better, but hewasn't convinced that tests would provide additional information. In that case, what is the point? I continue to suffer. No, I'm not interested in reading a canned response or discussing my experience with staff..

This was my first visit with Dr. DeMaio after being referred by my primary doctor. He was personable and professional. After a good conversation, he addressed my immediate issue thoroughly then identified the likely cause of some issues that I’ve been dealing with for the last three years. He outlined treatment for the cause and scheduled follow-up appointments with him and an allergist - to see if allergies are a contributing factor. I highly recommend him.
