Dr. Janis is a wonderful and attentive doctor. My mother has been a patient of his for many years, and now I am as well. I can confirm that he cares deeply for his patients - he's very thorough in his explanations, and answers questions to the point, but without the arrogant attitude that some doctors have used to explain complex terminologies. I truly recommend Dr. Janis to your family, because when it comes to my mom's health, and mine, we don't take that lightly.

I went to my 2nd visit during this covid pandemic. His office and staff and ultrasound techs are amazing and nurses are all kind and professional. Dr. Janice is one of the best Doctors I have ever engaged with. His bed side manners are superb. Hes kind and smart and educational. Hes patient and respectful and listens carefully and with compassion. He made me feel safe and secure. Hes been very honest and open with me and has quick responses to my messages aka emails. Hes caring and I trust him and am so grateful hes my Doctor.

I began seeing Dr. Janis after I was not satisfied with the quality care I recieved at a cardiologist in upstate NY. Dr. Janis, after I described my symptoms, ordered tests and took time to explained the results in detail. Upon returning to his office for a follow up, I had begun getting chest tightness while waiting to see him. I was immediately seen by him and given an echocardiogram. He immediately directed me to NYU emergency via ambulance for an emergency stent implant. Dr. Janis' attention to detail, personal contact to explain tests results and follow up care is exceptional.

Dr. Janis is the best. He takes the time to listen to your individual concerns and adjusts his care personally. I always feel he is at the forefront of whatever is currently the best cardio care being offered. Highly recommended.

First visit: Inspires confidence; comprehensive asessments; interview and physical. Expresses interest and concern. Communicates concisely and clearly, presents the plan and welcomes and responds to questions. Does not waste his or my time.

Dr. Janis is everything you could ask for in a Doctor. I am not easily impressed nor do I trust easily. He is really focused and seems like a very bright person. He listens to you, he talks to you, he tries to understand your situation, and he cares how your feel. He came highly recommended by another cardiologist that I had worked with before.The cardiologist that spoke highly of him is a wonderful doctor and a caring person himself so that recommendation carried a lot of weight.
