My review covers a recent annual exam, which is admittedly a different experience than if you were coming in for a single, specific eye-health issue. The different tests are handled by different techs, so there is a little bit of up n down, back n forth to the waiting area. But I never waited more than 5 minutes max between tests. And every tech was pleasant, and clear with instructions, and next steps. Then you meet with the main Dr (in this case this time for me was Dr Jeremy) who reviews all the tests and ensures you know what you need to know. How he remembers each patient from year to year is beyond me. I give this operation five stars because I always leave feeling completely and professionally diagnosed.

The visit itself was great. The doctor (Dr. Kelly) had great bedside manners and did take the time to answer any questions I had regarding my issues. However, I did receive a billing statement in the mail two years after my visit (I saw him during the pandemic in 2020). The letter indicated that I owed them money and did not pay my co-pay. I went back to bank statement and I had proof that I did pay. I had to submit proof and dealt with not so pleasant phone representative named Bauza. I would not return to this office unless they apologized and take care of this issue right away.
