I am so thrilled that I chose Dr. Klausner as my plastic surgeon, she is absolutely phenomenal. During my visits for both surgical and non-surgical procedures, she gave me her undivided, focused attention. She attends to the smallest of details - - which is what you want in a plastic surgeon - - and I trust her completely. She and her team have been with me every step of the way during this journey and I cannot imagine seeing any other facial plastic surgeon. I love visiting Dr. Klausner's office and seeing Melissa and Jeslyne, and I am so happy I found the Klausner Institute!

Dr. Klausner is hands down the best! She performed a sinus surgery and straightened my septum in 2017 and I could not be happier with the result. Dr. Klausner truly listens to her patients and provides expert guidance and thorough explanations for her recommended approach. When I saw her the day following my surgery she gave me a gentle face wash all around the area and I could've cried it felt so nice. Her follow up with me was impeccable. She took great care of me through my entire recovery journey. Can not recommend Dr. Klausner enough!!

I met with Dr. Klausner to have a large cyst removed from the bridge of my nose in between my eyes. It had become infected and was very painful. My local ER doctor had sliced it open to drain it and I was left with a big gaping wound on my face. Needless to say, I was distraught and very self-conscious.Dr. Klausner was incredible. She inspected the prior doctor’s work and made a few careful incisions to further drain the cyst. It was clear that it was something that had been under the surface for quite a number of years and Dr. Klausner was very thorough in her inquiry and considered all possible causes. Our first consultation lasted for almost two hours. Because of the location of the cyst, she sent me to have an MRI to ensure that it was not connected to any of the bone. When the infection subsided and it was ready to be removed, Dr. Klausner patiently and carefully excised the whole thing. She has also scheduled several follow-up appointments with me to check on how I am healing. I do have a small scar, which was expected, but it it’s getting flatter and less noticeable every day.I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Klausner. Highly recommend.

So grateful that I found Dr. Klausner. She is an amazig doctor and person. After going to numerous doctors/surgeons for my large nasal perforation and saddling she was the only one who listened and diagnosed my problem. She gave me a detailed plan on how to proceed. She was very empathetic, kind and patient through the entire process. My surgery was extremely complicated but I'm happy to report a success! No other surgeon wanted to help me as they all said it was not possible to close such a large perforation. Dr. Klausner did it!!! She has truly changed my life!

I had blepharoplasty done by Dr.Klausner 11 years ago. My eyes still look as good as they did when they were done so many years ago. I recently visited her to have some minor surgery and I must say, she is as kind, thorough and personable as she was years back. She IS the plastic surgeon to see for any of your facial needs!!!

I work for a pharma company that creates some of the most well known aesthetics products on the market. My standards when it comes to picking cosmetic providers are high because I know that no matter how good the products are, you’re not going to get the results you want without the right provider. So glad I caught Dr. Klausner on NewBeauty’s Instagram page doing a live interview. Even with the unforgiving lights of cell phones/video cameras, I noticed she looked very natural. That’s one of the things I consider when selecting doctors. I always say I would never want to be treated by someone whose face looks like it’s all frozen. I went to Dr. Klausner primarily to have a growth on my face that dermatologists thought was a blue nevus that would require excision. Turns out, it wasn’t that and it didn’t require excision which would have left a scar. She was able to remove the growth with a laser. I also went for acne marks and early signs of aging. She recommended Morpheus8 and after 3 sessions, I noticed significant improvement. My face looks fresher and the jaw more defined. She listens to what you want and would give her professional opinion but would not push for services you don’t need.

Dr. Klausner was extremely kind and helpful during our visits, and took the time to answer all of my questions and listen to my concerns. She ran through our plan for surgery in detail, leaving me feeling safe and well assured. Dr. KlausnerMD is amazing, I’m a middle age woman and I had a few procedures done with her. I wanted to look as natural as possible. Dr. Klausner took her time, and listened....given my skin complexion ( I’m prone to keloids) we worked together regarding what would be my best options. Dr. Klausner was one of many surgeons I met with for a revision (third) rhinoplasty. I met ten surgeons and traveled to Burlington, Boston, Albany, and New York City for consultations. At each appointment, it was impossible not to compare everyone to Dr. Klausner. Her ability to gather information, formulate a plan with options that met my needs, and offer feedback on how she could improve my quality of life allowed me to move forward with the procedure. While tertiary surgeries carry higher risks for complications, Dr. Klausner’s expertise and skills will enable you to have a positive outcome. I had several face-to-face appointments with her, phone calls reviewing other providers’ feedback, and a detailed review of prior surgical reports, which led to a thorough plan of care. Dr. Klausner is caring, smart, articulate, and, most of all, genuine. I was concerned that I might not be completely satisfied with improvements versus perfection. Still, with her help, I chose a plan that allowed for satisfaction both functionally and cosmetically. Once I had settled on a surgeon, the difficult challenge of cost and insurance coverage for an out of network provider became another obstacle. Dr. Klausner worked with my insurance company for countless hours to explain and provide evidence to cover the surgery. Choosing an out of area surgeon is unsettling; however, it was worth every bit of time. The aftercare I continue to receive from Dr. Klausner contributes to the success of the procedure. For anybody going through this process, it is the healing process that is the most difficult. Dr. Klausner is there for you every step of the way and not only with the healing process but with treating your skin to look and feel your very best. I am forever grateful to be a patient of Dr. Klausner and look forward to working with her for many years. She is truly a gifted and talented surgeon trained in treating even the most complex cases. My family and friends who have supported me along this journey have also noted how lucky I am to have found her. I highly recommend Dr. Klausner in all aspects of care.
