Doctor refused to see me after arriving 11 minutes late. Never informed me there was any such policy that gives them the right to refuse to see a patient after 10 minutes. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and travelled 45 minutes to get there. I was treated with such disregard Dr. Graziano had the office employees do her dirty work and called the front to say she wouldn't see me. It was a new patient appointment and I wanted to find a doctor I could trust that was competent and kind. Clearly, I did not find what I was looking for with Dr Graziano. What a disappointment after all of the positive reviews I read about her. Happy to oblige by such rules when I am informed ahead of time...NO doctor in Manhattan functions this way and if you decide this is the how you want to run your office then you need to give people a heads up...Clearly, they are all corporate in this office being part of Mt. Sinai, no longer interested in doctor patient relationship.
