JUST HORRIBLE!!! Nasty and deplorable attitude from front-desk woman. Very abrupt and disgusting behavior. This is NO reason to behave this way especially when you are representing Dr. Moulton-Levy's office. No way I could make an appointment with representation such as this! Its a shame this office loses patients due to this issue. Going forward Dr. Levy, please train and inform your staff of what is means to work with humans.

A number of yrs ago I began to get periodic lumps on my shins. Dr Levy recommended we do a biopsy of a lump I had, just over my ankle. She said she'd give a quit shot to numb the area, cut out a bit of tissue...give me a stitch or two...then I come back in 2 wks to have stitches removed. I asked if I'd have an issues with walking afterwards. She said 'no'...just keep bandage on...put vaseline on wound so no scarring. Easy, right? That night, incision area was THROBBING. I called my insurance help line. They said 'yes, go ahead and remove bandage.' Throbbing stopped INSTANTLY. Dr Levy had bunched up big ball of cotton over stitches, and taped down bandage so tight, stitches were digging into incision. She also NEVER told me to elevate leg. How would I know I need to do that, when she said walking etc would be fine? Next day I called her office. Her response? 'Not sure I can talk...busy today.' Never followed up w/me. Ankle got INFECTED. Swelled up real bad. She acted nonchalant

Utterly terrible experience - the front desk greeted me 'how did you get up here' I then waiting 30+ minutes to be seen. The Doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and told me she had no idea what I had, she didn't know what to suggest and when I told her I had previously had an operation on this body part which was why I was concerned she told me she doubted that I had previously had an operation! Don't be fooled by the fancy office location. Rude, unpleasant and unknowledgeable!

I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Molten-Levy and her office. I came to have Botox done after not having it done since before Covid. Dr. Molten-Levy exceeded my expectations. I had been getting Botox from another doctor for many years and had no idea how much better I could look with right doctor. Her office and staff are more than kind and accomodating and the office has a beautiful and calming vibe. Can't recommend her and her staff more highly!!

Dr. Moulton-Levy is great. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and practical. I find that the front desk staff is consistently rude though which is a shame. I always dread calling the office...
