Theodore Diktaban's Online Review Report Card

I am happy to say that I am only giving Dr. Diktaban 5 stars because I don't have an option to give more. I am thrilled with my decision to get Blepharoplasty (an eye lift). I couldn't believe the results. Cynthia and Dr. Diktaban went through the entire procedure in advance with the do's and don't's in order to get the best possible results. I am just shocked how quickly I"m healing. My only regret is not having the procedure years ago!

I only gave 5 stars because I don't have the option to give more.  It hasn't even been a week and I can already see a difference in my eyes.  I have put off my Blepharoplasty for 10 years but good things come to those who wait.  My experience was terrific and I would highly recommend Dr. Diktaban.  It began with Cynthia, his Office Manager/Customer Care person.  I had an extremely informative consultation with the Dr. and after consideration, I pulled the trigger.  (I will add that I did consult other doctors as well) I scheduled by next appt (pre surgery) and Cynthia reviewed step by step what I can and can't do before and after surgery.  Dr. Diktaban examined me again and we had a full discussion about what I want and any suggestions he may have.  In addition, he issued any/all prescriptions at that time so I wouldn't have to run anywhere post surgery.  It was so organized and comforting.  Best of all, the results are amazing!  My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner!

I had a terrific experience with Dr. Diktaban from the my initial outreach (he personally answered the phone on a public holiday and scheduled my consultation) all the way through my rhinoplasty and post-op appointments. Below are the highlights of my incredibly positive experience with Dr. Diktaban. I would confidently recommend him to anyone who is considering rhinoplasty but overwhelmed by choices. -Extremely transparent and honest. He tells you what you need to hear and he supports his recommendations with an incredible wealth of experience and knowledge -More than a surgeon, he's an artist and takes true pride in his work. Out of all my consultations, Dr. Diktaban was the most hands-on and creatively invested in improving the aesthetics of my nose. This continued through my operation and post-op appointments. -The final outcome of my nose is not only exactly what we discussed but also extremely natural looking - so important for male rhinoplasty.

I had my BBL surgery at laserklinc office in Manhattan (136 east 57th street 10th floor,NY)with dr.Theodore Diktaban,on the day of the surgery they gave me 3 pills and kept me waiting in a little room,then later for the surgery was transferred to another similar room,I expected an operating room or something like that, as the procedure was under local anesthesia I could see and hear everything,apart from the dr.there where 3 more people,a guy who attended the dr. left several times and returned and did not change his gloves,Desiree and the front desk girl entered an left several times with their cellphones without gloves or masks,I already wanted for this to end.At home the pain was really bad, on Friday Nov19 I texted Desiree,since it was the only number I had to tell her about the pain and fever,she called me to said that it was normal, that her boyfriend just had a knee surgery and his like nothing happened to him,I came to believe that it was normal,the days went by with a lot of pain,hight fever,nausea,I couldn't even eat and the buttock area had a very strong red color and I couldn't even touch it,until Wednesday Nov24 that I couldn't not even move,then I sent some pictures to Desiree,she told me the dr wanted to see me,she sent me this address (365 Madison ave,4th floor NY,when I got there dr Diktaban took sample from my butt,prescribes antibiotics and sent me home,and asked me to comeback to see him the next day,on Thursday Nov25 I returned feeling worse,I told him the fever didn't go down,What he did it to me later that day,I won't be able to never  forget,it was the worse pain I felt in my life(I have two children,I know what pain is)He made a cut in each butt side and injected me with peroxide with something else,I was crying,screaming and begged him to stop, it felt  that I was burning inside,he told me"I know it hurts,but I have to do it",fat or pus began to came out from under my left butt side,after that he sent me home and asked me to comeback next day,I came back on Friday Nov 26 and he said it's getting better,but I felt worse  ,it was hard for me even to walk,I returned on Saturday Nov27 and he said the same"it is getting better "back home felling worse,pain was out of control with hight fever,my husband decided to take me to emergency room,I call Dr. Diktaban to let him know,and his answer I could not believe,he said if I was sure about my decision,because I don't have insurance,how you gonna paid for it he asked me ,he tried to convince by any way to don't go to the hospital,he asked me to let him try to fix it one more time on Sunday .At the hospital they said I had tachycardia,the diagnosis was SEPSIS as a result of a strong infection,the gluteal area had an open  incision en each side with saturated gauze with purulent,foul smelling material.Immediately put me on antibiotics via intravenous,thanks God all the injected fat is gone,I was in the hospital for 13 days in which a thought I would die,all the pain and discomfort during this process was a nightmare,and what to say about the emotional part.I just had an appointment with dr. Diktaban(I don't want to se him),after he examined me,he told me"everything looks very good,and he's happy with the results",can you believe it!!!(even if all the transferred fat is gone)Maybe he has experience for other types of surgery but not for BBL,and a BBL surgery can not be performed in an office,rather no procedure should be performed in that room with all those people coming and going all the time without any care.It is difficult to overcome all this,especially when I have the scars on my buttocks from the cuts as a reminder of what I experienced.

Dr. Diktaban was extremely professional, knowledgeable and kind. He walked me through ever step of the procedure during my initial consult and answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed at all! Cynthia is a gem in the office! Unbelievably caring and helpful. My results are 100% what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier.

I had a great experience with Dr. Diktaban from start to finish, he took his time answering all my questions and I never felt rushed. He did an excellent job with my rhinoplasty and I could not be happier. He was always available after my surgery for any questions that I had and I will definitely be recommending him to all my friends!!

Theodore Diktaban tells lies staff tries to rush you in for appointment I had appointment for 3:00 pm I came in 2:45 waited fill out papers told me to come in when I walk in I  kid you not it was a dentist office I ask this is where Dr Diktaban will see me she said yes someone using the other room oral Surgery it would take awhile so I sat down in the dentist chair smh hour pass by I started getting dress Dr staff Her name is Desiree told me she trying to get the doctor on Face time I said why she said he had to go into surgery she then said I take pictures and send it too the DR I said pictures you told me the doctor Theodore Diktaban was here you even call to remind me if I was still coming because the weather was bad and I told you yes I came from Brooklyn to Steinway Queens you guys save your money thank God I did not go though with it by the staff called 2 time after to convince me to come so I did have me another address to go to on Lexington Avenue 57 I went why did I go I seen the same staff I said you here too she laughed and said I work everywhere and had me the same paper from before I ask her the doctor in she said yes in surgery I said in surgery in here this office was a doctor office this time but not a office to do surgery what kind of surgery would be done here she said LIPO not the one I needed which I came for breast implant I notice the other staff keep on walking in and out the surgery room where dr Diktaban on she had a scabs on and face mask because this is Covid time but she kept walking in and out room with no surgical gown on that was very odd this time i walked out never even too my coat off I was OUT of there when I waited by the elevator to go the the 2 staff Desiree and the other one walked in and you can hear the doctor laughing with the staff in my mind the person that getting the LIPO done hearing all of this by the way the building is vacant building his office the only one on the 10 floor everywhere had plastic be careful please save your money

I had a consultation with Dr Diktaban. His first consultation is free. I left the consultation with a lot of information about the procedure that I was interested in and things that were not related to it.The consultation took us more than one hour. He unselfishly adviced me about my skin. The doctor is very knowledgeable and kind. His assistant was also very kind. I think if I decide to do the procedure I will choose Dr Diktaban. Thank you for the nice experience.
