William Samson's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Samson is amazing! I lost about 100 pounds and over the past year he has performed 3 surgical procedures to remove excess skin and transform my body! Since February 2021 I had an eye lift, an arm lift and a full tummy tuck. All 3 procedures went smoothly and the results are incredible! Throughout the entire process Dr. Samson was attentive and planned out the timing of each procedure to achieve the best results. I have also used Dr. Samson for Botox and fillers for years and his technique is flawless! I highly recommend Dr. Samson if you are looking for a plastic surgeon!

Worst decision of my life was to put myself in Dr Samson’s care. I had a right mastectomy and he was supposed to do the reconstruction. The expander used was placed 3” higher than my other breast and would not expand. I suggested this was wron and was told not to worry, so I trusted him. Knowing things weren’t right he still put in an implant and placed it under the muscle, the muscle broke the implant down and the implant has traveled to under my arm and down my side, tearing muscles in its path. Very painful. On my last visit, Dr Samson suggested taking skin from my back and taking a back muscle and flipping it around to the front to cover the implant and making a new breast. I would not consider this procedure. Since that visit about 3 years ago I have not heard one word from his office. I still receive bills that they could not collect because neither my insurance company or Medicaid could decide who’s responsible for payment. In the beginning Dr Samson was wonderful and he gave me so much hope, all false hope but as things started going wrong he lost all interest in me and my welfare. I no longer have any form of a doctor and have lost all faith in our healthcare system. Something terrible is going on with my right breast and I’m too scared and mistrustful to seek help and believe this will probably kill me. I couldn’t be more disappointed in my experience with him and breastlink, I look like a monster now and am still in pain. I wish I had just let the cancer take it’s course, death would be better than this.

I opted to have a breast reduction 5 months with Dr. Samson and I must say the results and experience have been amazing. The doctor and his PA Cara are extremely professional and responsive despite the millions of questions I had prior to the procedure. The results thus far are great, I have minimal scaring and now proportionate breast with no back pain. YAY! The recovery and surgery was was rather pain free to my surprise: I was able to walk to my car after surgery which says alot!I would highly recommend Dr. Samson due his attention to detail, extensive knowledge, great bed side manner and professionalism.Reference:Started 36 F - New cup size 36 (C-D)Age: 32

I will make this quick. 1st of all, I felt he was annoyed by my questions. When he explained the options for my reconstruction from SMX and got to the DIEP procedure, I asked about the pain involved to recover from this type of surgery, He told me in his words, Well, if you don't like pain, this is not an option for you and quickly went on to end the meeting. He just gave me the feeling that he was totally annoyed by me. I RAN out and never came back. From the looks of the other reviews here, I made the right choice. Wew!! Thank You Lord!!

Abysmal doctor. He exceeds acceptable physical conduct in his consultation, which is more lecture after silencing the patient, unreceptive to what she says and allowing only a few seconds for a question at the end. He admits that he predefines a time allotment to surgery without regard for the unpredictable, which is probable for ruptured implant explantation that requires scar tissue and silicone removal. He admits that if the hardened scar tissue doesn't come right out, he leaves it, and the pain it causes will persist. I wanted to bolt the whole time. He is aggressive, his assistant is also unfriendly. The office atmosphere is unwelcoming and the bill is disproportionate to the exam time and scope (and my other consultations). He says if I want to have further discussion, I need to make another appointment. Then he actually speaks of whether I should decide to select him as my surgeon, after admitting the surgery required won't be performed if a bother. I felt violated.

This review applies to office support. It is so poor that it necessitates extra consideration to use this provider, whose care includes ensuring the patients' first line of contact is responsive.

Removal of foreign growth on neck. I requested local anesthesia. He accepted my request. Aware of all interactions with his team I felt assured. One day following surgery I know how precise Dr. Samsons' work was. I have no discomfort from the surgery. I know when the bandage comes off I will be happy that I went forward to have the growth removed.
