I had an excellent experience with Dr Glass and his staff. From the initial consultation through treatment and follow-up, the care was thorough, thoughtful, and professional. Everything was explained clearly, my concerns were taken seriously, and I never felt rushed. The staff was also friendly and efficient, which made the entire visit seamless. I truly felt well cared for and would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for knowledgeable, compassionate dermatologic care.

Dr. Glass and his staff are welcoming, intelligent and warm. The office is aesthetically pleasing with a mural painted by his daughter when you enter the waiting room. Beyond all that, Dr. Glass is a wonderful doctor. He has a gentle touch, and knows exactly what he is looking at and doing. I feel really lucky to have found Dr. Glass in New York City on 57th Street in 2025. He has restored my faith in the good things about going to the doctor. Above all, he is professional, caring and competent. He is ironic, with a good sense of humor which is relaxing and soothing. I give him an A+.

Truly one of the best medical experiences I've ever had. Dr. Glass and his team spend time explaining what's going on and why, are incredibly responsive over email when I have questions (often), and I feel very good in their care. Highly rec!!

I’ve been going to 57 West Dermatology for almost 10 years, and Dr. Glass and Carrie are absolutely wonderful. They’re not only experts in their field but also incredibly kind and patient. They always take the time to explain everything and make sure I feel comfortable with my treatment plan. I highly recommend 57 West Dermatology!

They sent my bill to collections with no prior notice that I owed anything. When I called, they acknowledged this and didn’t care at all that they’re negatively impacting my credit score. This was mentioned before in the reviews, which admittedly, I should have taken more seriously.

I've been seeing Dr. Glass for my keloid treatment and other skin conditions for years, and I can’t recommend him enough. He and his team are absolutely amazing — always kind, professional, and thorough. Dr. Glass takes his time to address all of your concerns and also explains preventive care so you feel informed and supported. Truly one of the best! A++++++

Dr Glass and his staff are wonderful! The front staff greeted me and made me feel cared for. My concerns were addressed and done so in a timely fashion. Best dermatologist hands down. Also Gabby was so helpful. I highly recommend!
