My foot became completely swollen after I was treated and I experienced intense pain in the 4 days following my appointment that I had not experienced prior. I was not properly instructed how to then treat my foot (was told swelling would be unlikely and then wasn't instructed on how to modify treatment in the event swelling happened). After a full week I was finally able to set up a virtual appointment with an assistant who gave me completely different directions and immediately got things back on track. Holly Macklay was exceptionally kind and helpful. Can't say the same for the other care I received.

Hello All, I was seen by Dr. Abraham P Houng on October 10th, 2022 at the Weill Cornell Burn Center here in Manhattan. He was professional, experienced, exuded confidence, had a charming bedside manner and was, very, handsome too.
