I had a great experience with Vanessa all around. She was flexible with scheduling, excellent at communicating, and most importantly helped me fully recover from my shin splints, allowing me to run again. Can't say enough good things about Activa.

Vanessa did a great job helping me recover from Achilles tendinitis well before the doctor estimated. I felt relief very quickly and was able to resume running without issues - highly recommend!

Vanessa is SO AMAZING. She is flexible to your schedule and very knowledgeable. I went in with runner’s knee and unable to run. After 6 weeks with Vanessa 100% better and I’m back to pre-injury running!

I came to Vanessa with severe pain on my right side and a pronounced limp on the left side. My orthopedist recommended physical therapy and by a stroke of luck I found Vanessa. She has really changed my life. When I first came to Vanessa, I could barely extend my right leg out to the side. Now I am able to extend my right leg to the side with no problem and I can exercise with three pound weights on my legs and five pound weights in my hands. My gait is back to normal. There is an enormous advantage to working with Vanessa because when you are in her studio you have her undivided attention for an entire hour. In addition to her professional expertise, Vanessa is a charming person who makes your visits as pleasant as possible, despite all the hard work you put in when you are there. I enthusiastically recommend Vanessa without reservation.

Activa PT is a great place. Vanessa is excellent to have as a therapist, and is very attentive to her clients. I highly recommend a visit to her office for anyone living in the NYC area. It has also been a nice alternative to work out with there excellent gym equipment in a private setting during the social distancing new pandemic guidlines.
