I had such a great experience at Active Physical Therapy & Chiropractic Group! Dr. Helmandi is awesome — super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and really takes the time to explain what’s going on. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping her patients feel better. Ciara, the physical therapist, is amazing too! She’s so kind, patient, and really good at what she does. The exercises she gave me made a huge difference, and she always made sure I was comfortable and improving. Everyone there is super friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend Dr. Helmandi and Ciara to anyone looking for great care and results!

The office is absolutely wonderful I highly recommend! Everyone here is very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They’re also incredibly flexible with scheduling, which makes things so much easier. I get chiropractic care with Dr. Helmandi and physical therapy with Gigi, and both are amazing at what they do. I always leave feeling better and well taken care of!

Dr. Rebecca O’Neill is so sweet, she really takes her time to ask questions and target the painful areas. I never feel rushed but comfortable and relaxed.

I had such a great experience at this chiropractor office! I felt immediate relief after my adjustment honestly, I didn’t realize how much tension I was carrying until it was gone. The staff was super kind, professional, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Plus, they even gave out little goodie bags after the service, which was such a nice touch! Highly recommend to anyone looking for real results and a welcoming atmosphere.
