List of Adam Deutsch's Reviews
Good Doctor, however very very small office. Patients have to sit in public space in patient clothes with IV attachment in-between tests. The equipment for stress test is very uncomfortable, can cause muscle aches and back pain - also no option to lie down if patient is not feeling well. Doctor Extremely inefficient in producing reports. My mom had to reschedule surgery date twice now - two weeks and still the doctor hasn't released the much needed report for clearance for surgery. Called multiple times to get the report released - excuse is that the doctor has too many patients and hasn't gotten to it. This excuse is definitely not acceptable, especially when patient is waiting for surgery. With all other doctors I've received reports within 24 to 48 hours. Very disappointing. Unlikely to see this doctor again.
Dr Deutsch is a very caring and truly concerned about he patients.he takes the time to make sure you stay healthy.and always willing to give advice to help you achieve
Unprofessional. I was referred to Dr. Deutsch by HSS to get clearance before surgery. The small waiting room was cramped with boxes everywhere. There was limited seating & no effort at social distancing (June 2021). The huge issue, however, is that you have to go through/pass by the waiting room in your paper gown (thus possibly exposing yourself) to go between the rooms where the tests are done...while carrying all your things. I went to 1 room for 1 test, and then was told to go to another for the echo, which forced me to walk in my paper gown in front of all the men in the waiting room. There is no place to put your things, so I was carting my clothing, my bag, my cane & trying to keep my paper gown closed all at the same time. That isn't acceptable. The day I was there the temperature was over 90F, and they kept blowing fuses, so they couldn't keep everything (lights, AC, machines) on at the same time. That resulted in over an hour wait. I was laid out with things on my chest, gown open & the tech was a man. There was no nurse & nobody else in the room. To say I felt exposed and vulnerable is an understatement. Then when it came time for me to go there was nobody there to check me out & take my payment. I got a bill in the mail, but it didn't include an envelope or anything in which to send it back, so I called & made my payment over the phone. She said she'd send me a receipt by e-mail. Never got it.
I was recommended to Dr. Deutsch by a physician at Hospital for Special Surgery as I needed a cardiology examination on short notice in order to have my hip replacement proceed at HSS. Dr. Deutsch fit me in as a last minute appointment and the examination was thorough with great care taken for my advanced age. Without him my hip surgery would have been cancelled. His office staff is first rate and he really takes the time to explain what the tests will do, the result and how to treat my high blood pressure. I had a follow up visit with Dr. Deutsch and he spent significant time with me to explain how my condition will be monitored and treated. He is a wonderful doctor!
Thank you Dr. Deutsch for an excellent appointment. What sets you apart from other doctors is that you spent a lot of time with your patients and really listen. I feel that you will help me with my heart and put in the extra effort. I can contact the office through email as well which I like. The staff was very friendly. He took my Insurance too, Medicare, which is great. A+. Bravo !
Adam Deutsch, MD, is amazing. I met him when I needed a last-minute nuclear stress test. He and his staff did a superb and impressive job. Dr. Deutsch is an incredibly thorough, patient and kind cardiologist.
So glad I went to Dr. Deutsch. He took my insurance and gave me a lot of time and helped me with my heart murmur worries and shortness of breath. He found something that my last doctor missed. He's very nice and listens well. You are not rushed with him or his office. So glad I found him !
Dr. Adam Deutsch and his staff are really amazing. He took his time and really listened to everything I had to say. I never felt rushed. You are not a number to him or his office, like so many other docs I hav been too. He took my insurance and takes lots of them, so that's not a problem. I had palpitations and was dizzy and he diagnosed the problem easily. He is highly intelligent and has a great personality- one in a million really. Very well trained too, highly impressive and very dedicated. Office is easy to get to and the staff was wonderful. I took the 4 train and was 1 block away. He deserves every possible accolade !
I went to see Dr. Adam Deutsch at Park Avenue Cardiology in New York because I had chest pain and palpitations and shortness of breath. He is an amazing physician, very well trained at Columbia and his very smart. He is very caring, listens to everything very patiently and helped me greatly. He is very much into preventative cardiology. He cares very much and works to treat all the risk factors for heart disease. Hardly any doctors are like him because he is so patient, never rushed me, and is very available by phone too. He's great-- I cannot recommend him more !
I found Dr. Deutsch to be very accommodating, knowledgeable & experienced. He also exhibited outstanding bedside manner which is missing today by most health care professionals. The entire staff was excellent. Whenever I call the office I get a person on the phone and the staff are efficient at getting back to me with questions that I had for the doctor. I continue to see Dr. Deutsch as my cardiologist and I have the utmost trust and confidence in him.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
