Making appointments was easy and there was hardly a wait. The paperwork by tablet was well welcomed and the Dr was very compassionate and informative. I recommend absolutely.

Staff at the reception is nice, location too. However, it was my first visit and the doctor Friedler was hasty and abrupt.. I barely understood what she said, she explained poorly what I had and she asked the two doctor trainees (I presume..) to perform some additional procedures. I felt terrible, I fainted from the stress. Maybe she’s a good doctor, I can’t say.. but zero empathy. In all this, I still don’t know what she said and despite me asking for more info, I felt so ignored.

Dr.Jack Levy did Moh surgery very well near my right eye area,I don’t feel any pain during excision. He’s very good. Wait for 40min for biopsy. Then he showed me need more excision in the lower area, did another excision without pain & wait for another 40 minutes & after completely cleared, he sutured. Only take 2 hours total. The only thing is Assistant didn’t send prescription to pharmacy right away.She said in 1hr I can pick up in pharmacy. I went to pharmacy 2 hour later & didn’t receive it yet. So I called advanced dermatology and left the message. Then I called again and had to wait for a while & finally the assistance said the doctor didn’t finalize the report yet, so she can’t send it . I told her as soon as you sent it, left message, I will go & pick it up. Now 5 hour after the surgery I didn’t get the prescription yet
