Very quick and easy process. Doctor takes the time to explain throughly everything you want and need to know!
Unacceptable billing policy, be cautious! I had an appointment with Dr. Henry at this office in May. During the visit, he recommended a test which was promptly conducted on the same day. A few days later, Dr. Henry shared the results over a phone call on Monday, ensuring everything was fine. However, I was shocked when I received a bill after 3 months claiming I had two office visits. To my surprise, the phone call was considered a tele-visit. I have never encountered such a situation where a routine follow-up for test results is treated as a tele-visit. This feels deceptive and I strongly advise against choosing this place.
Hands down the best doctor experience I’ve ever had. Dr Danilov is amazing. Extremely knowledge, kind, and patient. I felt very much part of the process and she eased my worries. The staff is also extremely helpful.
Office is clean and modern. Front desk greeted me and all 3 of the girls were very helpful and professional! Dr. Henry listened to concerns and advised to put on monitor over my chest. Unfortunately because my job consists of a lot of moving around in hot weather it fell off next day. After calling and speaking to Peter/Petmar he actually came and me at my job to bring me an extra monitor. I was really surprised at this outstanding customer service and I will tell you this place really cares about their patients.
I feel so lucky to have found this gem of a practice. I was experiencing palpitations two weeks before surgery and came to Dr. Danilov at Agile cardiology to figure out what was going on. My appointments were always on time, the front desk staff was kind and courteous and Dr. Danilov worked with me 1-1 several appointments in a row to figure out what was going on and eventually clear me for surgery. The entire experience felt like concierge service from beginning, to end. Dr. Danilov is one of the few providers I have met who is knowledgeable, extremely thorough and also has an impressive bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a local cardiologist!
Really thorough exam and explanation of everything, friendly service and a nice, clean and modern airy office with little wait time.
I love this place, doctors here really do care and take their time with you explaining everything which is needed to relief your anxiety or so! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a doctor that really knows what’s they’re doing.
EDIT: Bumping my review up to 4 stars for their honesty. Got ripped off by a different doctor who was not honest about insurance (Dr Cellura at Tribeca Skin Center) and now I appreciate the value of honesty. If I ever get good insurance, I'll be sure to come here. Only thing keeping this place from a single star review is Jenny, who was very patient with my frustration as she explained to me that even though the office claimed to take my insurance it did not cover the hundreds of dollars that the procedure would cost. The office cancelled my first appointment about 30 minutes before it was scheduled to start, which also wasn't great. Honestly, maybe this low review isn't quite fair: this could be the fault of my terrible insurance (shout out to Oscar for being the worst in the biz) or it could be a mistake on ZocDoc's part (truly a nightmare company go deal with) or it could be my fault for being poor. I'm rambling. If you don't have great insurance don't come here--and even then check with your insurer first.
I and my husband had a good experience in visiting Dr. Wu who listened to our concerns. His supportive team members (Peter, Alyssa, and Hailey) were professional and efficient in doing their jobs.
This was possibly the worst doctors office experience. A staff member was on her phone as she did my Echocardiogram, she asked me to change into a gown, but did not leave the room so I can privately do so, I got yelled at by doctor Henry Wu for "asking too many question", and his bed side manners were lacking. It has now been 3 weeks since I got a caroted artery ultrasund, and I still have not received my results. Previously, I had also done an Echocardiogram, and when I asked the doctor when I should expect the results, he yelled at me saying he is very busy, and I should not rush him, it can take several weeks. In previous offices I have gotten these results within a few days. This review is not based on the doctors skills, merely on his unprofesionalism and treatment of a patient and lack of bedside manner by his staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
