Stay away from this places. When you see AHF run away. These are failed practices bought and run by non profit. The doctors get a paycheck and don't give a damn, and the stuff are completely incompetent. Too many rules and nonsense

I have been a patient of the this practice for 10+ years and, while the medical staff is excellent, the overall experience has devolved into a total mess. You wait at least 30 minutes in the overcrowded waiting room - but an hour is not unusual before being seen. . My pharmacy contacted AHF for a renewal 3 times without response. I have been waiting for MORE THAN TWO WEEKS for results of blood tests. The results have not bee posted on the "Patient Portal" nor have more than a half dozen phone messages (Give up trying to speak to a person) or emails been returned. Find another practice.

Stay away from this place and all AHF. AHF buys failing practices and sets them up like govt clinics full of rules and has the most incompetent people working for them. The doctor gets a salary and don't give a damn. Stay way if you private insurance.

Recently moved to NYC from LA. Dr. Restrepo was paired with me and it seemed like a good relationship for a while. After 2 or three months in, she started to neglect me as a patient and my overall health. After missing prescriptions, she became defensive and tried to argue that I should not be on the medication regimen that has served me well for 10 years. I have been seeing her for over 2 years now, and to date she has had countless errors made on prescriptions and left me without a week worth of doses on a life sustaining medication. She is not trustworthy because she does not return phone calls within a week, she leaves on vacation without making sure her patients are rescheduled or going to be set up with the proper care while away--nor does she make/facilitate any helpful referrals for any type of specialist when she lacks knowledge in a certain area of medicine. Now, she and her colleague have DISCHARGED me as a patient for simply stating I was unsatisfied with her current level of service. I feel anxiety and stress from having limited time to find a new doctor, but thank God I will receive better healthcare. It is certainly better than arguing and not feeling welcome each appointment. Would not trust Restrepo to save my life because she cannot perform a simple influenza test accurately.
