I don't know how to address Dr. Alan Berkeley and his work staff, the truth is that from the first day I contacted the doctor's office, his secretary Nury answered the phone, super friendly, always available to help me since I don't handle the English language and she and the nurses are excellent and I thank her from the bottom of my heart for helping me despite not mastering the language, the doctor looked for a translator and it was excellent… I am still in beta waiting… they work fast I love the staff the nurses ✌🏻🧡 excellent Doctor 👨⚕️
Dr Berkeley is never there. The nurses are very nice, but they make the decisions on how to proceed. They lie ALOT. The nurses are not doctors. I just wish Berkeley paid attention to his patients charts weekly. Some clients need prior surgeries, and it’s not good at all if the DOCTOR doesn’t keep up on her. unnecessary tests because they ( forgot or aren’t reading her chart ) or missing pieces in the med package that wasn’t addressed on their end.
Dr. Berkeley is a super nice and knowledgable doctor. He always listened to my concerns and brought up solutions based on facts. He was easy to reach out with the help of his assistant. But you have to make appointment at least a week before if you want to meet him in person, as he seems very busy. I truly appreciate his help.

For the price that they charge , it should be an immaculate service provider.
NYU did not allow me to see Dr. Berkeley. They switched me to Dr. Noyes, the more annoying option. However the timing of my cycle was such that it fell on the day when I should have been placed with Dr. Berkeley. They asked me to wait another day....on purpose. So why am I rating him a 1? I just think he has not a clue what happens in his own surroundings. Once you talk with Dr. Berkeley, I am sure he is just the most wonderful doctor around! It's just if Grifo/Noyes dictate a certain way, he doesn't know any better and probably doesn't care. He's in his own bubble over there.
The absolute worst. The absolute worst. I wish I had done my research. Brutal.
Stay AWAY!Dr. Berkeley forgot a plastic equipment in my uterus after a hydro sonogram he performed!!I only found out after 2 months when I had a miscarriage most probably by this plastic thing in me!!!
Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Answers all your questions, the whole IVF process in my case and my alternatives.
Feeling very confident about infertility treatment in Dr Berkeley's hands. NYU is a very professional place, clean and helpful staff.
This is my second visit with Dr Berkeley and so far, so good. We are starting treatment and the doctor has been consistently knowledgeable, friendly, and we look forward to this big step. Visits with the Doctor were not rushed, informative, and based on numbers, which is what you want to hear ie., success rates, number of studies. I am the type of person that doesn't need a lot of hand-holding and instead would feel more comfortable with stats. We shall see what happens and I will be sure to update this review, pending my outcome!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
