I am writing this letter in regard to my visit to Manhattan Family Practice clinic on August 16th, 2021, I just received a letter that I own an amount of $117.I was promised by your administrator that my total charge for the Medical examination would be $300 and not a penny more. I am frankly shocked at this outstanding payment as your clinic mostly just filled out the form as I did my missing vaccines outside your clinic to avoid any additional payments and yet I still own you more. Please explain the outstanding payment and why do I still own you more money when it was promised to be only $300? And I am sure that my insurance company would cover the blood work that you guys took?

I only wish I could have more experiences like this with medical professionals. Dr. Levy was incredibly considerate and kind. His staff was prompt in helping with follow up appointments and navigating the complicated healthcare system. His office is very homey and I had an overall wonderful experience.
