Can’t speak highly enough about A43. Alyssa at the front desk always greets me with such kindness and answers my endless questions thoroughly and with care. Nurse Monica and Erica among others have always provided exceptional care and guidance. As a healthcare provider myself I recommend A43 highly, they’re not pushy and they’re super efficient and professional.

Wendy is amazing! I had a great experience here. She explained everything thoroughly. She was also patient and listened to what I was looking for. She is highly skilled and I was really happy with my results. Thank you!

Nurse Wendy is the ABSOLUTE BEST. I joined Alchemy solely because of her, and followed her from a previous prestigious 5th avenue practice. It is comforting to know I am in the very best care with her, and the results are second to none; they are subtle yet impactful, a whisper not a scream. Her bedside manner is caring and gentle and honest. Nurse Wendy is hands down one of the most talented in her field. Alchemy43 is truly lucky to have her, as are all of her patients.

Update: despite comment to this post, they did not follow up with me I’m about to go through the process of disputing a consultation fee I was never informed about in advance… First off, while $15 per unit for Botox might sound reasonable by Manhattan standards, there seems to be an unspoken service minimum. I’m in my 20s and typically get around 20 units, but they refused to treat me unless I agreed to 36 units—costing $560—and included areas I was uncomfortable treating (closer to my eyes). They claimed this was the FDA-recommended dosage and said they had to follow it, which is just patently untrue. Here is the statement I had to write for the card company, feel free to borrow if it applies to your situation… I am disputing a $75 consultation fee (plus tax) charged on 7/12/2025. I did not receive any treatment during my visit—only a brief consultation. I had intended to proceed with a Botox treatment, but the provider refused to administer the service unless I agreed to double the amount I had requested (or for that amount, ever been treated with) and to areas I explicitly stated I was not comfortable treating. As a result, no services were rendered. At no point was I informed that a consultation fee would apply. There was no signage in the office indicating such a fee, and when I questioned the charge, the receptionist explicitly confirmed that she had not told me about the fee and that I was correct it was not posted anywhere in the office. She said had I booked through their website, the fee would have been disclosed—but because I was a walk-in, I was not informed. I asked if information about the fee was in the consent documents I signed, however she wouldn’t answer my question. She insisted I would be charged the fee due to company policy, while confirming that no I had not been made aware of it. … Anyone know a good studio in Flatiron? I’m looking for… the opposite of this experience.

I went in for Botox excited about the buy 20 get 20 units of Botox deal. I usually get 55 units and was quoted almost $700 including the free 20 units. I pay $375- $450 at Peachy depending on their promos so I was honest with them and did not go through with Botox aka did not waste an extra $300!!!... they immediately charged me $80 for cancelling which I will be filing a claim for on my credit card. The whole experience was pretty terrible. I very much recommend getting your money's worth at Peachy!!

I have been going here and a member for about 10 years, great staff at the front desk and Monica has been doing very gentle enhancements on my friends and I for years!
