With this office it is impossible to get ANY help with prescription medication. The receptionists are extremely rude and heartless. They will make you wait for 25 minutes to answer phone calls and months for medications that you are running out. Search for a different headache clinic if you need to be taken care off

I saw Dr. Jablon in this headache clink. She was really great. But I could not get a prescription for the medication that she suggested because of the extremely rude. heartless, lazy, non-responsive people who work at the front desk. I've been waiting for weeks for them to work with my insurance. And they did not do anything. Each time you call, you wait for about 30 minutes before they pick up the phone. Nobody responds to your calls or email. Complete disregard! They left me in tears and aggravated my medical condition.

Very very kind guy. Listened well. Couldn't diagnose me. But overall a good doctor. I just wasn't having migraines or headaches for that matter.

Over 15 years of intermittent care necessitated by my cluster headaches, Dr. Mauskop has been instrumental to my survival. His expertise, confident manner, approachability and compassion cannot be bettered.

I have been seeing Dr. Mauskop for ten years for chronic migraine syndrome. He is extremely responsive and professional, and is always willing to listen. His front office staff is also very efficient. I am a very satisfied patient.

The name of the center is a bit misleading. They really should call themselves the Migraine Center, as I perceived them to be particularly focused only on migraines. My particular situation was not that, and I didn't really get the help or insights I was hoping for. Because the doctor doesn't take insurance, I chose to see a nurse practitioner, figuring, well, it's a headache center -- surely this nurse practitioner will be well-versed in all things headache, but she seemed very inexperience

Nice staff: will try to squeeze you in for urgent headache. They send forms for insurance asap. Dr. Mauskop is concerned w/ solving the problem at hand until you hit an answer. From immediate relief to long-term, the Dr. goes step-by-step. When you're in same-day agony he will try things, have you stay & try again & again all day until relief. He'll start a prescrip. plan & fast follow up app't. He emails at nite if you visited while in pain to check in. Gold medal for that. And he knows so much

Helpful office staff from making appointment, greeting you and the sign out process. Efficient and they even look up at you when you walk in! Unlike many doc staffs... Dr. Mauskop, first, is on top of the absolute latest and exudes confidence. If you happen to go because you have an urgent spell of migraines and still have it, he will keep you all day, try to end the current one through various shots or techniques etc. You stay til he breaks the existing headache. Then comes the longer term planning. He tries to figure what may work best but wants to see you asap on a follow up if it's not working, then he zips you back in fast. He just wants results and will wrack his brain to put an end to your agony. A week, month, more: he won't give up. If you see him in a "head crisis" he will also email you he night after your visit to see if you are holding up. And returns all emails. This is a well-studied, following-through, concerned doctor. Other doctors in other fields could learn from him.

Compassionate , caring, knowledgeable thinks outside the box. Well respected and known to other doctors.
