I was recommended to Dr Herzlich for a dried and damaged cornea from the drops used for Glaucoma. Another cornea specialist had dismissed my problem as untreatable and told me to avoid air conditioning and wind and to wear protective goggles. Dr Herzlich was of the opposite opinion. I have improved immensely under her care and will continue to see her every 3 months to maintain the much improved condition of my cornea. She is a warm and caring doctor and just a lovely person.

Dr. Herzlich is an excellent doctor with a great bedside manner. All the staff were polite and welcoming and I did not feel rushed in any way. My questions were answered very patiently and followup was great.

I feel compelled to write a review about Dr. Herzlich because I think she is an extremely compassionate, caring, professional health provider. She is smart and well trained! I am so grateful for being under her care. I had a very complicated eye issue which she resolved. I saw 7 doctors prior to her, none were able to manage my case. Dr. Herzlich was cautious, thoughtful and persistent in her treatment and I'm happy to report I'm 100% better. She is a great doctor. I have a tremendous about of respect for her medical knowledge.

I made an appointment for a field vision test. I was given the appointment, and I had a prescription for the test. I showed the prescription to the receptionist who processed my insurance, the technician who insisted I needed to have a basic vision exam, another technician who insisted she needed to numb my eyes and do a pressure test. One hour later, when the doctor came in she informed me that they don't do that test and don't have the equipment for it.

Referred to Dr. Herzlich by my retina specialist. Did not make appointment due to rude and obnoxious phone receptionist that disconnected me once and put me on extended hold several times. Next, after telling her I was unavailable the first two times she suggested, she became very curt and rude and demanded that I give her some days and times. I ended the call and obtained another referral to another cornea specialist that has a polite and professional phone receptionist.
