Dr Halpern is amazing. She made me feel very comfortable. She is bright and exudes confidence, not arrogance. Nobody likes going to urgent care, but she made it the best possible experience.

As much as Weil Cornell brings excellence to health care Dr Halpern and the PA in the ER do not do this hospital justice. Both were not professional and did not do appropriate testing . Only after going back to Weill Cornell for follow up a few days later was it revealed that there was a rib fracture.

Weill Cornell Presbyterian Is an amazing Hospital and a leader in the medical field . My personal opinion is that there are such doctors like Dr Halpern who doesn’t bring such a Hospital to the next level of health care with there bedside matter being so rude and disrespectful towards patients needs and there of there partners or family members at bedside. She need to be taught to listen before her rude out bursts of medical treatment
