I had to wait a month for a consult and another month for a procedure. First appointment, they put me in a room and forgot about me. A week before the procedure, I had already arranged my schedule and chaperone, but they called to reschedule. On the day of, I had to wait 1.5 hour. Unlike my previous office, they didn't tell me this non-urgent procedure may go over my yearly benefit coverage by almost $1000; if I knew, I would have done it over 2 years. She spends very minimal time with patients.

Dr. Koch truly focuses on the needs of a patient, clearly explains available options, and is certainly a "master of surgery." She knows what she is doing and does it in the best possible way: I had 3 implants done in the morning and the next evening I was in the Lincoln Center listening to an opera and enjoying it! Judging by the ease and precision with which she communicates with patients, she must be an excellent teacher as well. I am grateful to her for her professionalism.
