I made an appointment five months ago. I called to confirm the day before and they told me they no longer take new patients. They never attempted to relay this message to me. I could have found another endocrinologist had this information been provided to me in a timely manner.

Booked an appt in March that was scheduled for July. Had to wait 4 months to see this doctor and a week before the appt I get a call saying "we're cancelling it because due to unforeseen circumstances this doctor is no longer accepting new patients." Extremely unprofessional and borderline medical negligence to make someone wait this long only to cancel a week before. Pathetic.

Dr Gouller is Professional and Caring When I met Dr Gouller I felt immediately that I was in good hands. She is perspective , caring , understanding and interested in her patients

Same Experience as others here Endocrinologist who did not run a FULL thyroid panel, did not run Reverse T3, cortisol panel, nor full hormone panel to see if any of these were imbalanced. Had to request additional labs. This Dr. did not ask/care about lifestyle, sleep habits, eating, exercise, or nutrient deficiencies- all relative to treating thyroid; the master gland. Most alarming, was the recommendation I remove my entire thyroid b/c of one single nodule, despite one half being entirely healthy! I had to be my own advocate, that only partial-thyroidectomy was permitted. I was not hypothyroid until after this surgery! My life & body have been turned upside down, permanently altered for the worse. I also now have heart issues. It's with deep regret I let myself feel rushed into this surgery & did not learn & research more first. Find a Functional Dr who will take the time to review labs & work on your health first, it could take a year+, then use an Endo as additional advisor/team when medically necessary.
