Dr Hermann is very attentive and helpful. A pleasure to meet with. Highly recommended, especially if you are pregnant and need someone who is skilled to work with you during pregnancy and during postpartum.

Dr. Hermann is a very knowledgeable and understanding provider. Working with has lead to great improvements in my health. Update: I am still seeing Dr. Hermann and she remains an excellent provider. She is a good listener and really cares about her patients.

Dr. Hermann is one of the most knowledgeable and intelligent people on Earth, period. She understands the science behind how the body and brain work, and how various medications and foods affect them. She is kind and caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I've been seeing Dr. Hermann for 9 months now and my experience with her has been positive. She is one of the few reproductive psychiatrists in the state and is an expert in her field. She is also responsive, always replying to my emails within 24 hours. Most of all, she is a good listener and puts a lot of care into my recovery. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hermann for eight years to manage manic depression. Under her care, these have been the healthiest and most stable years of my life. Instead of just managing meds based on labs (which past doctors have done) she takes the time to listen to my hopes, fears, and stressors. When considering potential challenges that will impact my mental health management (ex. Potential pregnancy, a new medical condition, major professional changes) she helps me understand and weigh the potential risks/benefits and chart a course forward that makes sense to both of us. Dr. Hermann is unable to be non-judgmental and empathetic. I am seriously concerned for any existing patients, and future patients. She feels superior to others, which, I’m afraid, could cause a devastating outcome. I am forever grateful to the provider who picked-up the pieces after Dr. Hermann Did life-long damage. Sadly, mental health issues carry a horrific stigma. It is deplorable that a highly educated mental health professional would engage herself in the same behaviors as many uneducated lay people. I only wish I could turn back time and undo the damage that she did. Fortunately, there are sites like this where we can warn others.

Dr. Hermann is like that Tina Turner Song: "Simply the Best". She is one of the most professional psychiatrists as well as one of the most compassionate. She works diligently and persistently to help her patients. Her staff are also professional and kind. I worked with her when I had serious postpartum depression which she helped me overcome. More recently I reached out to her during the height of the pandemic and she continues to be extremely helpful during these very challenging times. Additionally, as a psychiatrist in a renowned teaching institution, she is always at the forefront of the best practices and it shows. Thank you Dr. Hermann!
