Dr. Yang is the absolute best. I came to him with a rare back injury (herniated discs in the thoracic spine) which resulted in severe pain when sitting and standing, and within one acupuncture and acupressure session I was already feeling better. I went back for acupuncture and acupressure about 15 more times and not only did my pain stop but it also didn’t return one year later. He was very thorough when doing the initial consultation, and gave me great advice about everyday steps to take to preserve my spine health. I can’t recommend him enough if you have back pain of any sort.

Dr. Yang is an extremely talented & experienced acupuncturist. He takes the time to understand and analyze the problems/needs, and treats in an effective and personally tailored way. He has relieved chronic headaches and stress, moved stuck energy and overall is a true healer! He is extremely kind and great at communicating as well. Highly recommend Dr. Yang at Alpha Acupuncture if you’re on the Upper East Side, or in Manhattan!

There are many acupuncturists in Manhattan, but Dr. Yang at Alpha stands out above them all. His technique is unique and highly effective. I always feel better when I leave. Highly recommend!

Dr. Qing Yang is very knowledgeable about Chinese medicine in all its forms. He's also very concerned about alleviation any discomfort you might have, and explains the process of energy flow (chi) very well. He knew I favored a vegetarian diet (mild flexitarian) without my telling him. He also sorts out all the insurance stuff which is one less worry. I have been sleeping easily and well ever since.

The doctor is very concerned with one’s personal health and explains everything perfectly. Initially, I was terrified of the thoughts of getting needles. He helped to alleviate that fear quickly. ( they are tiny !!) and I am doing great in my healing. I highly recommend Dr. Yang.
