Angela Lisa Carrelli's Online Review Report Card

The Dr.Angela Carrelli refused to see me, as her assistant mislead her regarding my appointment. Firstly she offered me to reschedule my appointment with dr.Carrelli on the following week. When I said that this is not convenient for me to come over again as my appointment is today, she asked me to wait outside and she would make to work it out. I was asking to speak to her manager about this, but she said no manager is in there today. I asked other medical assistant outside of their R#403, and was told that manager supposed to be at the same room. Later manager Melanie showed up and asked me to follow her in other office, where she asked me what happened and I explained to her that I had scheduled my appointments for today over phone for a bone density test @12pm and 12:30pm to see dr. Carrelli. But after my test an assistant told me that she doesn’t know who scheduled me to see doctor (it was herself) and I’m not going to be seen by doctor today. Then manager told me that dr.Carrelli did not request me to do my test this year and if I have same insurance, she will not take that insurance anymore and she can provide me a Clinique where I could go. It’s hard to believe that this treatment you received from Columbia Presbyteries Hospital doctor , where miracles happen! It’s sad that we have to deal with careless doctors and their staff who gave us a hard time and being disrespectful and rude.

I am having an excellent experience as Dr. Carelli’s patient. She is thorough, a great diagnostician, and she has a wonderful bedside manner. I highly recommend her.

I want to thank Dr. Carrelli for being so knowledgeable. She is very thorough and you can tell she truly cares. Other physicians just want to get you out of the way. Her assistant Nayli is a true gem. She is very efficient and helps me with everything. She also gives you several options of communication so you can use whichever works best for you. Perfect duo.

Dr Carrelli's assistant never returns calls. When I saw Dr Carrelli, she gave me conflicting options without adequate explanation. follow through was poor, and after five minutes in her office she abruply said to me that" you know you are pre diabetic"

Dr Carrelli is thorough and complete in her examination. She takes the time to cover off on the complete medical history and will conduct an exam on each visit.

Very knowledgeable, thorough in assessing the medical problems, follows up on abnormal findings, obviously cares about her patients, and there's easy access to her, with quick response to my questions.
