Office does not reply to multiple emails or messages sent through the HSS patient portal. Overall negative post-operation experience. I'm still in a lot of pain 3 years later and will be seeking a second opinion elsewhere.

Dr Ranawat and his team did a partial knee replacement surgery last October using Stryker Robotics to assist accuracy. The outcome was amazing. Within four days I was just using a cane for support and was able to walk stairs etc. PT was completed in six weeks. I highly recommend Dr. Ranawat and his team.

I had an appointment scheduled two weeks in advance and my MRI and X-ray results a week prior to appointment. The day before my appointment his office manager called and emailed that my appointment was cancelled before he doesn't handle my problem. Why did they wait so long- I have lost two weeks and have to start all over. His office is very inconsiderate.

Excellent surgeon. His pre and post op management is stellar and tailored to the individual and their needs. He is a surgeon that understand restraint and if you follow his recommendations you can stay out of the OR.

I dont know if the doctor is good or not but his front desk is definitely a mess. There is a staff, her name is Toni, every time when I talkto her, she won't even let me finish and just hang up. This is totally unacceptable. And the craziest thing is I am not asking something ridiculous or stupid. If you dont have the patient, you should not work in a health care field.

He is the best Doctor in New York City. I get out from the hospital walking. The recuperation was very fast even considering that I had previous surgery for meniscus tears it didn’t matter I was perfectly fine before finishing the 6 weeks therapy. By the way I was 67 years old at the time of my surgery!!!! Thanks Doctor!!!

Saw Dr. Ranawat for complete glute repair in Feb 2021. Excellent surgeon, spends time making sure directives are understood and I especially appreciate his conservative approach. Simply the BEST!!!
