List of Ann D Glassman's Reviews
Dr. Glassman and her caring staff always make me feel better when I’m under the weather. I’m so grateful to be a patient in her practice.
I was very satisfied with my Doctor visit with DR. Ann Glassman. She answered all of my questions and give me excellent advice on my concerns about my health. I highly recommend her and Mount Sinai doctors. A great place to get medical care, and the wait times is quick.
Stylistically, this PCP was not a good fit for me. I felt the appointments were rushed and robotic rather than someone wanting to help and understand and have a conversation. Everyone's style is different, but this low review is because of her methods that prevent people from figuring out the cause of their symptoms. She is reluctant to give referrals and will make diagnoses that are out of her wheelhouse. I've determined she just struggles to admit when she doesnt know something. I did ultimately fight for the referral for a specialist and it turned out the symptoms were connected and were not due to the diagnosis this doctor gave me, so it's just a shame that she was pushing back on that, prolonging my symptoms and preventing me from getting the specialist care that i needed. I would not recommend this PCP for anything other than very rudimentary, cut-and-dry services.
Not thorough in care & will not treat holistically. If you are looking for a doctor that will be interactive in your care & not a beginner this is not your doctor.
If you want to be examined by a robot, by all means, go to Dr. Glassman. She has the bedside manner of an iphone, and her listening skills are only effective when it's something she already has an opinion of. I came to her with a strange illness and had an idea of what was causing it. I listed all of my symptoms, and she obviously had no clue what it was. Instead, she asked me if I had a certain symptom: lip swelling. I said that that had happened twice in the past year, so little I could count it, as opposed to the other symptoms that were daily and quite visible. Unsure of what to do, she decided she wanted to put me through a series of tests, not do the simple test my allergist had recommended. I pointed to one and said, 'What's that for?' 'That's to see if you have a hereditary lip swelling disease.' I was shocked. She had ignored everything I had said and instead, focused on one thing she might be able to diagnose. It turns out I was correct. I refused her idiotic and probing
Dr. Glassman is a nice person, thorough, detail oriented and doesn't rush appointments. She takes time to listen to your concerns.
This Dr. is an absolute beginner. Instead of listening, she is occupied with recording your words in a way that distracts from a real contact. In addition, she is incapable of providing a single helpful advise and hides behind technicalities. I would refrain from visiting her office.
Dr. Glassman is kind, thorough, and very conscientious. She is great with kids of all ages. Highly recommend her services!
Dr. Glassman is a kind and attentive doctor, two traits I find lacking in the medical world.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
