Very happy top be Dr Krigel' s first rating Because she is new to the midtown practice, I had quite a difficult time finding her, but once I connected with her office, things went better than smooth Located in a beautiful suite at Columbia Midtown on W51st, Dr Krigels office staff is friendly, pleasant and on point. Never had a wait, answered all questions and worked hard Dr Krigel is a pleasure to deal with. She is highly attentive, i appreciated her direct answers to question even when they werent necessarily what I wanted to hear, ad I felt very comfortable having her in charge of the procedures. One thing she did that I thought was just brilliant, was that in prescribing medications, she took the time to look at my formulary, realizing that getting pre-authorizations is a process, so getting it right the first time can save hours for both her staff and the patient. Seems so logical, but most doctors cant be bothered Looking forward to working with her in the future
