I just had my first appointment at Apollo with Dr. Tsakalos, and it was an exhilarating experience. He explained every aspect in extreme detail, and I left feeling renewed physically, and mentally. The treatment itself was painless but very powerful, and now I feel a serene peace that’s hard to describe with words. Dr. Kosta is perhaps the best chiropractor I have ever had care from!! I have seen A LOT of chiropractors and physical therapists in the last eight/nine years for chronic neck and back issues and the care I receive from Dr. Kosta goes beyond what I thought was even possible for my pain management. My pain has improved from being chronic 24/7 for 8 years to happening in rare episodes once every few months and if I ever have a pain episode it’s only because I haven’t kept up regular visits with Dr. Kosta. He addresses everything and even found an issue with my digestion that I hadn’t realized could be helped with addressing the nervous system. I’m not sure what to call the techniques he uses but they don’t feel intense or invasive but are very effective. It basically feels like magic, I don’t know how else to describe it. I have been a patient of his for over a year and if you’re reading this - don’t think twice just got with any issue you have with your body intense pain or otherwise - he’ll be able to address and reset your body for it to work effectively and for any pain to be significantly reduced or totally diminished. I cannot begin to describe the relief I have felt since working with the Apollo team. I came with extreme neck and shoulder tension, a 2-month eye twitch, cluster headaches and migraines, and anxiety - after only a handful of sessions my muscle tension is reduced to what I assume is "standard" for NYers and no longer extreme. My eye twitch, headaches, and anxiety are all completely gone. I'm also sleeping better! I know it seems too good to be true, but I assure you, it is real. Extremely happy with the care I've received from Apollo Upper Cervical. Dr. Tsakalos and Dr. Enessa are wonderful. They both take the time and care to hear your history and address the problem thoroughly. I received Nucca care for about 8 years and recently made the switch to Upper Cervical which has brought back more strength and mobility to my body. I'm also holding my alignments longer, and they feel much firmer. Can't recommend this practice enough, and the lymphatic drainage technique they do is amazing!
