I've been going to Cochin for more than 30 years, and have always been absolutely satisfied. We now live 1.5 hours from Manhattan but continue to use him as our family dentist. They key is trust: we once had a pediatric dentist in NJ who took on a new partner, and this new partner diagnosed 5 cavities for one of our three children and two cavities for a second child. A second opinion from Cochin found no cavities, and twenty years later all three children have had a sum total of one cavity. He is also conservative, and correctly predicted what was going to happen with everyone's wisdom teeth, avoiding multiple extraction procedures. And his advice regarding braces was also perfect, saving us time, agony, and expense. Not sure what happened with Elena R, but we have nothing but 30 years of positive comments to convey.

Dr Cochin is a great dentist. I had a lot of work done and he is very knowledgeable. He was very patient with me. He is a very likable person. The office staff is wonderful.

Very unprofessional, not capable to detect problems, unethical and unqualified to be practicing dentistry!!! If you care about your teeth then avoid this doctor by all means !!!
